This is a pretty small location off of Cary Street in downtown richmond. Found the store to be very clean and well laid out. The sales staff there had a very specific process and was very good about asking questions and listening to see what your needs were. I enjoy a good sales program and they were well trained. We're looking at purchasing a bed so I can't speak to the quality of the products. However, I do have a friend that has had one for years and she loves it.

I've owned a sleep number bed for 20 years and have always enjoyed the ability to adjust the firmness. I'm finally buying a new one and Heather made the process very easy. The one I was most interested in wasn't on the floor but she dragged it out and set it up so I could lay on it and see what I thought. Really above and beyond! I'm looking forward to sleeping on my new bed which arrives next week. My only complaint is that there's a high delivery & set up fee (hence 4 stars) - but otherwise it was a great experience.

The sales associates at the store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Confident in the purchase we made. Can't wait until it's delivered and we're able to enjoy our first night's sleep.

I really appreciate the employee Nick at the Carytown location. He helped me out and was extremely patient with me explained details about the bed helped me pick what is best suitable for my needs and answered my concerns and millions of question's! I’m very happy with my purchase.

Staff at Carytown, Richmond Virginia, customer service is excellent. Preston, Store Manager, was very professional and whatever questions I asked, he answered all of them with confidence. Preston at the store listens, is not pushy, and is extremely knowledgeable. Not like any mattress purchasing experience we have ever had. Never felt salesy will highly recommend to friends and family!

While entering this store, I noticed it was very clean and organized. The sales person at the front desk immediately introduced herself (I believe she said Megan) and asked what she could help me find. I told her it was my first time in the store and was just looking around. I liked the various displays in this store and will be returning at some point to learn more.

The Carytown location in Richmond VA was a great experience. Jared and the store manager were wonderful. I had a complete opposite experience at the C Midlothian location. It was so awful I just walk out. That person should not be helping anyone. Worst customer experience ever. I called the Carytown store and they apologized and told me to come right over to them. It was great with them and I purchased the i10 bed and smart frame.

Richard was PHENOMENAL! I honestly chose to visit this location because of the many reviews about Richard and his customer service. My wife and I purchased a Sleep Number and our experience was incredible from the moment we walked in the door, Richard made us feel welcomed. We wasn’t rushed (spent 2 hrs), he didn’t try to sell us the most expensive piece in the room, and didn’t make us feel like just another customer. We walked in with the fullest intention to make an investment and finally get the bed of our dreams…we walked out feeling out cloud 9 because we actually achieved that and so much more!! We purchased a sleep number bed last year, and we are moving this year. I called to see if there were any special instructions needed for the move. The person who answered the phone had no clue. However, he did have the store manager call me back with the instructions. So far we’ve only had good experiences with business.

Expert help was only a phone call away! They answered all our questions, and made our set up as easy as 1,2,3, done!
