They froze my account without notice, and bounced my bills. Hours on hold with cust svc only to be told they can't help because another department is working on it. They have over $30k of my money in my checking account and are bouncing all my bills and no help from anyone and its been DAYS with no contact and no help. Avoid at all costs!!

Excellent customer service! Had my wallet stolen and they helped me reestablish an account and felt very secure about the whole process. Glad I'm with them, can't recommend enough.

The atm at this location is always out of service but do you think the bank will refund costly service charges when forced to use another atm? Of course not. Do not recommend this location at all.

I really wanted to like this bank. After the great initial conversation, I didn't feel valued at all as a customer once the on-boarding process started. 2 weeks without conversation or follow up, mistakes made left and right from the staff to just have my accounts set up, and then hidden fees after the initial conversation specifically mentioned those fees would not happen. It was unfortunate. I wish them the best, and would recommend Chesapeake Bank instead for a local bank (it was amazing the difference and care they gave me as a customer without any prompting or hassle from me.

First of all, 2.25% interest on my checking account (yes, you read that right!) is insane considering that I used to make like .05% with one of the big guys. ATM reimbursement (even at all non-EVB ATMs) just further sweetens the pot.
