I called Ms. TMZ Complete Auto Center after-hours last night and left a message about an oil change. First thing in the morning, Bill called me back and told me to bring my car in. Once there, I realized they also did State Inspections, which I needed, so I asked if they could handle that too. I enjoyed some coffee and a bit of Family Feud, and was in and out within an hour! The service was impressively quick, prices were very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Walked in got Greeted & serviced immediately for my State inspection ? staff was Friendly, waiting section was nice,clean & cozy ? with water & coffee, so far so happy will definitely be back to get serviced

Oh my! I'm not sure there are enough adjectives to describe how wonderful Bill and his staff of mechanics are. We had just driven in from Texas and my son's truck began making a scary sound. We took it in to TMZ and it took these guys about 10 seconds to diagnose that the front axle was bad. Bill jumped through hoops to find a new one and had to have it FedEx'd from DC! Oh yeah--that was the week of July 4th. The part came in, Bill et al replaced the axel, checked the brakes to make sure we were good to continue our travels, and we had the truck back. Bill even called us after we were back on the road to make sure everything was good, and it was. All the staff were kind and courteous, even though they were crazy busy due to the short holiday week. While in Richmond I had to take a couple Ubers and I fully expect those drivers to show up at Ms TMZ when their cars need service because I let them know how Bill was taking care of us. If you're needing professional expertise for your vehicle, Bill at Ms TMZ is your guy. Thank you, Bill! You were a great blessing to us.
