Called this branch to transfer funds, Verizon (don't get me started on Verizon customer service) the phone and said this party was unavailable. No way to ask a question.Between banks, doctor practices, and phone companies, no one is interested in customer or patient needs, it's all about the business. Think it's going to be better with AI? We're going down a hole into boiling water.

If you call this branch no one EVER answers and instead TELL you to leave a message and someone will return your call by the end of the following day! THAT'S pitiful customer service in my book!

I left bigwig Wells Fargo for Atlantic Union. This location is my favorite. Everyone is very professional and helpful. It feels more like the neighborhood banks that I grew up with.

I was there at 5:01pm and they locked me out of the lobby so I couldn’t make a deposit. It’s impossible to get out of work in time to be here at 5pm.

BEN!! Ben is awesome!! called him. said hey i need this and this. he said yes sir. got it done in 5 mins flat. i was out of there and on with my day. thank u so much ben lipchak!! he is the branch manager and he is just awesome!!!! def recommending him to everyone!!!

Horrible experience!!! The first lady that I had at the drive thru just completely misunderstood what I was trying to do and just walked away! The second lady helped me with my account but talked over me the while time and when I could finally ask a question she just turned of the speaker and walked away! Overall they were both very rude! I do not recommend anyone going to branch and doing business!

I come in here to cash my company checks. The staff is very friendly. Some days I arrive minutes before closing and I do not feel rushed or anything! Great customer service.
