I went into this dealership a week or so ago to look at a car. I quite liked it, seemed to be in decent condition for the price, so I set up an appointment with a nearby mechanic to take a look at it before I pulled the trigger. The mechanic wasn't available for a few days, but I ended up booking it anyway. Up until this point, I was pretty satisfied with the customer service. The employees were friendly, particularly the one who I went on a test drive with.
I authorized them to charge me the $500 to reserve the car.
Long story short, they never reserved it, never charged me, sold the car out from under me (probably to a less discerning customer), and gave me the runaround when I texted them trying to confirm if the car was sold. Lo and behold, I actually call the dealership today (not giving them my name) and they quickly confirm that the car is sold. We never settled on the pricing, so maybe they were scared I was going to lowball them too much after inspection.
Just tell me straight up you can't reserve the godforsaken car if you're unwilling or incapable of doing it.
Waste of time.

I purchased Toyota Prius Persona about 45 days ago. I am updating this review after the positive steps were taken to correct some of the things that did not take place due to perhaps some circumstances or else. The car's piece flew-away while driving in about 15 days later. They were nice enough to order that part for a free of cost to patch up the dissatisfaction originated on the purchased day. I am glad that Reese and other staff members serious enough to realize the circumstance and took care of what it needed to. I have upgraded it to 4 stars for now, pending the sticker mark to be wipe out on my next oil-change. Then the final evaluation as a whole with follow.
The entire experience was moderately positive.

Ask for Jamal he will treat you right. Best warranty around. Great vehicles. Great prices. We have purchased 2 and my dad one and 7 friends have purchased. The warranty is everything. Great rates. They will work magic to get you approved with many lenders. Tell them Joshua and Bonnie sent you and they will take care of you!!!

They need to retrain Zach. Literally made me come up here in a Lyft when asked what I need he stated nothing but myself and payment get here and end up with nothing and needing all this paper work.... I'm truly pissed

Bought a kia optima about 2 years ago I got around 60,000 miles on it and the car is burning oil told me I probably need a new engine but my extended warranty and my loyalty rewards will not do anything about it not to happy with them
