Got discount tires from a shop in NOVA and was procrastinating on a vibration absolutely due to them not being balanced properly. Decided on a road trip and the vibration was just too much so found Vonderlehr on google with their high reviews ratings as I was driving through Richmond. I called and they were extremely pleasent and accommodating on my situation. They were ready for me when I arrived and started working immediately. Price was great and I was back on the road in under an hour. Highly recommend

I had to have my car towed to this service on my way to North Carolina during the holiday season, and was understandably anxious about making it there the same day. They addressed the issue efficiently. The pricing was also very reasonable, and I appreciated that they didn't take advantage of my urgent situation.

Great service. They were short-staffed today, but still squeezed me in to patch my tire. The damage to my tire was too bad, and quickly installed a set of tires for me.

I normally never leave reviews except when I had one of the greatest auto-mechanic experiences here. I had a hole in my tire and was stressed about having to pay for a new tire. They were able to help me out and fix it at a cheap cost and with GREAT Customer Service. I believe it was Jhon who helped me out (from South Carolina) and he was AWESOME! I was able to get my tire fixed within a day of turning it in with short notice. I would leave 6 stars if I could.
