Asked to have my passenger window motor replaced as it didn’t work properly in cold temperatures. The window was cleaned and lubricated and it now works perfectly. Appreciate that Wallace took the time to find out the simple and less expensive fix not just replace the window motor as I had requested. A lot of car shops would not have taken the time to determine a motor was not needed.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff/technicians. I think the cost of repair or service charges are fair. I have been servicing my cars at Wallace (Broad Street) for more than 8 years. I am very satisfied with their service. Recommended by one of my colleagues at work and I didn’t consider going to anyone else after.

Wallace always does good work for a fair price, they don't try to up-sell you by recommending unnecessary work.
the waiting area is clean, the staff is friendly and will answer any questions, or get a tech to do so.

I have been taking my cars and trucks too wallace Automotive for 30+ years, they are honest people they do a great job and so very dependable. I couldn’t think of going anywhere else. They have a wonderful, helpful, friendly staff and ownership.

First (and last) time going here. Went in for an inspection on my 2017 Honda Civic. The brakes have been replaced six months prior on both front and rear, Wallace tried to charge me $1142 to fix the brakes, because they said they were rusty and not making contact… I went to my regular mechanic 5 minutes after to get the car inspected, and he said he immediately noted that he didn’t see any issues. He even took photographs and submitted them to me to prove that there were no issues with any of my brakes. And even showed me the brakes. Wallace is just a terrible place to go, shiesty, and willing to rip anybody off.
Update:
The response was, again, false information. Beyond unfortunate to see a company so untrustworthy that they would attack a customer and ignore honest feedback. Will be following up with legal action.
