I paid for the ultimate wash, and all I got was wash rinse. It didn’t even blow dry the car. I am totally totally disgusted by that. The dirt is still on my car and spots from not being dry. This is the worst car wash ever. I will not be going here again.

Worst car wash in town. The basic wash just rinses the car with water and then soap, and that's it. No scrubbing nor vacuuming at all. Whoever designed this machine was the worst engineer ever. My car literally looks the same after the car wash. I'm surprised why Wawa allows this low-quality car wash to be in their lot.
You can add $5 more dollars and get a better wash somewhere else.

Not bad for a touchless operation. I got the $12 option for a dirty mini cooper. Not my regular go to but good.

Just got ripped off AGAIN in the amount of $10.00!!! WAWA should be ashamed to have an operation like this on their property in the Westland Shopping Center. Never again !!

Absolutely terrible. Machine eat your money, trash overflowing and all over the ground. I can't believe the company who makes this machine allows its franchise owners to treat their name like that. There is no number to call about issues. Just a disgusting black hole for your money.

Would give negative stars if possible. Charged me double and no soap came out of wash. Contacted number listed at business and, of course, never heard back from anyone. Basically, larceny.

I’ve gone here twice and both times the machine stopped right in the beginning. Both times I was charged $16 for nothing. This place should be closed and removed.

I tried to give this place another chance but I just paid $40 (the extreme wash) for my car to not even be completely vacuumed or wiped down. I was in a rush and didn't have time to go back to have them redo it or I would've.
