I tried to give this place another chance but I just paid $40 (the extreme wash) for my car to not even be completely vacuumed or wiped down. I was in a rush and didn't have time to go back to have them redo it or I would've.

Never Again!! I just paid $16 for \\\"The Works\\\".... My car was filthy when I went in and just wet and filthy when I left...for the second time. What's the phone number for the owner? I am requesting a refund.

This place is awesome!! I talked with Audrey about how special my car is and she took amazing care of it! Came out looking brand new, couldn't be happier. I will definitely be returning.

Car Pool is the best place in Richmond to have your car washed! It's a good price and the quality of the car wash is superior to any other car wash I've been to. The service is quick and my car always leaves looking clean and brand new!

I appreciate how this place is full service because it's nice to have someone else do the vacuuming. However, for the price they charge, I would expect them to pay more attention to detail. A couple of months ago, I paid for the most expensive cleaning and had to go home and finish cleaning the inside because it was still dusty and the cup holders were still sticky. They also didn't vacuum around my child's car seat. Today, I paid for the $35 cleaning and it was the same thing- I had to finish the job myself... If i'm going to have to clean the car myself anyway, I may as well go somewhere else that I don't have to pay for the full service.

If I could give less stars I would. Took my money, sprayed the soap and stopped working. Soap spray was only on my windshield no where else. No number to contact owners or nothing.

I paid for the highest wash & service. It was Not worth it at all. My dash still had ring marks from my phone holder. The cup holders were not wiped out. My windshield still had splash marks from the other day, I could go on & on I will Not be returning or recommending.

Went I for a car wash paid $51 for the wash, vacuum, armor all dash and center console and more. When we got into the truck it hadn't been vacuumed, windows hadn't been cleaned, and only the dash was armor alled. Talked to a manager and at least he vacuumed the truck out. My floor mats still looked dirty after I paid for them to be pressure washed and cleaned. Reported all this to the manager and all he did was vacuumed the vehicle out. It seems as if they have instilled quantity into their staff instead of quality.

Paid for the wash. After it soaped my car it stopped. I waited and it never rinsed the soap off. Wasted money.

My husband and I pulled into the car wash yesterday to get the $8 basic car wash and in the process of inserting the money into the slots to obtain the wash, the money got stuck after accepting $6 and wouldn't take any additional dollars. It also would not return what money I already put in the slot and there was no attendant there to assist in any way,bshape or form. We had to leave without our money and we called the wash world service and all we got was a voicemail telling us to leave a message which was never returned yesterday or today.. we were very upset and not happy because we had to go someplace else and spend more money to get the service we normally get at Wash World..
