Visited many dealerships when we decided to purchase a new car. West Broad Hyundai staff and management were terrific. They listened when we talked about our needs and buying plan. They were positive without any pushiness. The Tucson sells itself. There are a lot of solid competition in this auto category but West Broad Hyundai distinguished itself and made buying easy.

Horrible experience at this dealership. I've never felt like I had to beg someone to sell me a car until I came to this place.
Salespeople were dismissive, ghosted over email, didn't return calls. General Manager reached out to see how it was going, I told him how disappointed I was in the situation, and got no response from him either. In the course of getting ignored, I got 2 email surveys asking how they did, which both got 1/5 stars.
Save the headache - go 30 minutes south to Pearson Hyundai. They'll treat you better, make you a better deal, and genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase.
