Saturday I called and got quoted $280 plus tax for a new battery and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 730am. So my appointment time comes and I get there and they tell me that the battery is actually $350 and to install and program it is an additional $120 which was not told to me when I called on Saturday. I needed battery so I said ok Then, to make it all worse, they told me they don’t even have a battery for my car and when I asked them then why did we even make this appointment they had no answer. I bought a battery from AutoZone and they programmed it for me. So unprofessional! I except better from you Volkswagen!

I had my VW EOS serviced at this location last month and it started making a loud noise last night while driving it. When I checked the oil this morning it was completely out. I'm not sure why their service tech wouldn't have properly filled up my oil after performing the oil change, but this is unacceptable! I now have to take time out of my busy day to go buy oil for my engine. I'm also concerned there may be damage to my engine because we've been driving it while it was low on oil.
