A lot of over priced junk. They literally sell used candles. Most things are outdated and staff is rude.

I gave a two because of the conditions the employees have recently been working under. It has been really hot in their stores and they did not turn on the air conditioning. It was hot for shoppers many not staying long because of the heat and the stores have a unpleasant smell when it is hot with all the used clothes and shoes they have. The employees work hard and I know it was difficult under those hot conditions. The air has been turned on now but I am disappointed who ever was in charge of that decision to not keep the stores cool. I thought this organization was worth donating to because of the good they do in the community. But they need to treat their workers better

not sure how everyone is complaining about this place in the reviews, it’s such a gem. the employees are very kind, you can really tell they care about customers & enjoy their job! they have an INCREDIBLE home selection. i’ve never seen so many cheap, cool things in one place. the prices are incredible as well, i only spent $10 and got a ton of stuff for my new apartment!

i seldom leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this is the worst-staffed establishment i have ever been to in my life. miserable, rude, lazy, absolute garbage employees.

Very disappointed today to see several items that had a green price sticker (50% off) with the price marked out and a yellow price sticker (25%off) right beside it. What's up with that?

Watch the prices when you check out! They will rip you off every time! Just got me again. I’m not going back again. Store has gone down hill anyways.

Hard to shop when you have workers sitting in chairs in middle of isles while another one is trying on clothes. And they were loud when she came out of dressing room to show them. They may been having fun but inconvenience for the customers. Also they have a sign saying handbags $3 unless marked but when you go to check out they want to charge more for ones that aren’t priced. Prices are getting really high here also almost worst than Goodwill. It will be awhile before I go back if ever
