Pedicure was fine. The lady there always does a great job.
But:
If I could give no stars I would. Totally messed up my nails. The guy didn’t listen to what I asked for. Over charged me. Tried to give me a total different color. And I still didn’t get the color on my nails I wanted because of lack of communication. My nails are splotchy and the filing is crooked. I don’t even feel comfortable enough to go back to get him to fix it. Completely unsatisfactory not in any way the experience I was looking for /nor the experience I feel I deserved. I will not go back there again. I don’t even care that they’re the only place here. I will drive to Richmond for my nail service. I’m not the type to get my nails done frequently so when I do it’s for a reason and they are jacked up. I felt they were over booked and were just trying to get me out of there as quickly as possible. Unacceptable.NOT A FAN.

Very unprofession, I called a week ago to make an appointment for Friday the 15th of August. The man I talked to told me I didn't make an appointment and that they were too busy to do a pedicure and acrylic nails for my upcoming wedding that is next week. I would have understood if I just did a walk in but I literally called to get my nails done today. This would have been my first time going there but now they won't be getting any business from me and I will be telling people to be aware. So upset.

DO NOT GO HERE! If i could give zero stars i would. Peter did my nails and completely ruined them. My natural nails were long and are now completely broken off. He cut every single one of my fingers and made me bleed. Then proceeded to spray alcohol on the blood. Never once apologized or changed what he was doing, or even tried to be morr gental. He was extremely rough and even walked around the chair and grabbed my arm and shoved my hand into the gel cure. He didnt clean any of his tools even after my blood was on them. I didnt get remotely close to what i even asked for. I have acrylic and gel nail polish all over my fingers. And my fingers have never hurt this bad. UPDATE: a week later my fingers are now infected from them not cleaning any of their supplies. I ended up having to redo a few of my nails because of how horrible they look. Pictures posted.

I usually go here to get my eyebrows and an occasional pedicure. I went in today and had my eyebrows done. The guy that owns the place did them. He was rough and in a hurry. My eyebrows look horrible!! He took way too much hair off. I’ve always been uneasy about returning here because of some of the reviews and because when I’ve had him do my pedicure previously he’s always very rough and in a rush. However today was it for me. I spent $12 for my eyebrows to look like minus signs!! 😔
