I was traveling through the area when my vehicle had a critical electrical failure - needing an alternator and battery. The team at CVT took care of my vehicle providing professional service and communication, going above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was safe and ready for the road again after the alternator and battery were replaced.
CVT auto repair is a solid place to call if you’re ever in need. 10/10 very satisfied with the service.

These guys are awesome in their knowledge AND service! I am from out of town and broke down on 64. The tow truck guy said he would take me anywhere, suggested I go to CVT and I see why! They worked me in and had me back on the road in just two hours! I was able to get to DC that evening and attend my very important meeting the next morning! My daughter and son-in-law live in Richmond and I have already told them to take their vehicles to CVT for anything and everything. Very knowledgeable and personable!

I’d recommend CVT Auto Repair to anyone. They have a knowledgeable staff, from the front office to the garage. More importantly to me, they’re an honest establishment.
I had a 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 4matic with less than 95k miles. It stalled and I had it towed to the local Mercedes Benz dealership on W. Broad Street here in Richmond, VA, where the service department clerk informed me that diagnostics showed that I needed a NEW ENGINE DIRECTLY FROM GERMANY FOR $11,886 due to an internal engine leak which blew the engine.
Thankfully, I was referred to CVT Auto, where my Benz was repaired, having an electrical issue that cost just over $1,700 and my car was ready within a week.
Truly appreciative for CVT Auto Repairs awesome customer service and again, their honesty.

CVT made a major repair of a very difficult vehicle for us. We purchased a vehicle in Stafford that needed an engine within a week of purchase. CVT kept me updated with videos, pictures, texts and calls throughout the process. They replaced the engine, radiator, water pump and turbo. The car is LITERALLY like new. Thank you all for your help!!

This was my first time bringing my vehicle to CVT auto repair. They were very professional and courteous. I left my car there to get the work done. They gave me a call and let me know what what they found and how much it would cost.They go to extra mile for their customers and I really enjoyed the experience and I would definitely continue to bring my cars to them and recommend others to them as well. Overall great customer experience.

After a week of traveling through Virginia with family my vehicle had some trouble going back home to NY. CVT and their excellent staff was able to recognize the issue and were able to get us back on the road the same day. Pleasure doing business with them. KH
