I love the school and both the teaching and the non teaching staffs are the best. They are super friendly and their hospitality is top notch and the environment is very tidy. And the kids are well cultured and mannered.

La Petite has been the WORST experience of my life. I had to open an investigation with the state which all turned out to be founded. The director Ms. Shalik should not be allowed around children. My son is traumatized from his time at this school. There’s a reason they are on a 6 month provisional license.

My child has been in attendance since 10/2024. I must say my experience has been nothing but exceptional at the Stafford facility. The Director, Ms. Shalik, and her staff (Ms.Haydi, Ms. Nydia, and a host of other teachers) have been welcoming, informative, gentle with their approach with the children, and forthright. As a parent, I need to feel 100% comfortable, when heading to my government office and leaving my daughter.
There has been turnover and that is concerning. Retention and familiarity with the personnel is what encourages continued enrollment. These consistent faces, Shalik, Yesenia, Haydi, are what keep me motivated to stay the course and above all it gives my daughter reassurance.
I cannot express the importance of taking care of exceptional staff.
Keep up the great work, Ms. Shalik and Team.

Do not enroll your children to this institute. Especially if you have infants! I wasn’t given the camera login for 3 days! My baby always looks tired, upset and would sleep as soon as he got home and wouldn’t wake up until the very next day! I found out why when I got the logins at the end of day 3 when day 4 came and I watched painfully for 5 hours! 5 hours, my baby was ignored and was made to cry it out for those 5 hours alone on the floor whereas every other baby was picked up, given toys to and attended to. One worker dragged my baby out of the high chair using his arms rather than picking up from his pits, another was forcing the bottle in his mouth when he kept moving his face away. All babies were on the high chair, except mine and were fed lunch. My baby was on the floor all alone. Once the rest of the babies were fed, they then put my baby on the high chair, offered one spoon. When my baby didn’t open his mouth on time, the worker put the spoon down and started using her iPad whilst my baby quietly just watched her. When I got there to complain - the director ran away and left an employee to hear my complaint - to which the employee responded to my complaint that it’s hard when the baby is new - what the hell does that mean? Settling does not mean to neglect the child for 8 hours a day and let him cry all on his own, and to be neglected and ignored and to come home with a 100 temp and messy clothes whilst all the other babies were still clean. They took advantage of myself not having any logins and the director clearly forgot that she gave me the login on day 3 hence the repeated neglect. Once she saw me stomp in to get my son, she clearly knew that i saw what I saw and the live camera and ran off “on a break”. You’re just a paycheck to them! If you love your child, do not enroll them here!

My son has been a new student here and it was already hard enough for me switching from a in home daycare that he was in for 3 years to finding a more school setting daycare for him this place has been amazing ! The teachers are very sweet and welcoming all around ! They have SO many things to help your kid learn and adapt to the setting being new! The front desk is very informative and helpful ! The tour we had was AMAZING and she was very sweet and caring to my son ! She had my son begging not to leave ! He has had a progressive week there and I love that for him to see him being able to grow in a new environment!

Brought all 3 kids to this daycare and everyone there is great. My kids would greet everyone there by name and felt really cared for. They have a great time and always be smiling when I pick them up. I appreciate everyone there and wish them well since we have to relocate due to work. My kids hit new mile stones with the help of everyone there. We all thank you!!

After completing the steps for application during the fall to ensure placement for my daughter in the after school program after winter break, and having said spot confirmed over the phone by the director, things fell apart the day before she was to start. My first red flag should have been the inability to return emails and answer questions in the initial phase. Upon calling to get more info on transportation from school to their facility, the employee that answered was rude and dismissive, placing me on hold without telling me she was doing so then after a couple minutes of a silent line it disconnected. I called back and it went to voicemail- I left a voicemail that went unreturned. I emailed the director, no reply. I emailed a second time, no reply. It has been 36 hours and I never got any form of reply. I was left scrambling to secure a spot at another after school program. Needless to say, I’d rather scramble than leave my daughter’s safety and well-being in their hands.

The director thought it appropriate to yell at a disabled child loud enough for parents in the drop off line to hear. When she was told about her manner she continued to yell at the parents, then told the mom her child was not welcome at their facility. Not the first time this has happened.

My younger one has been going there for over two years now. We toured many schools before enrolling in this one. Hands down, the best school for children with professional staff and excellent curriculum for children. Highly recommended!

Heard horrible reviews about this place & after seeing a concerned parent sharing their experience I will definitely be making sure none of my friends children attend here. Very disgusting

My daughter was attending La Petite in North Stafford up until today, the director decided we were no longer a good match for each other because when I arrived this morning to drop off my daughter I could hear her yelling at a child from my car so I made her aware of it and expressed my concern that I hope they are not yelling at my child like that because that is not appropriate. The director immediately got loud and defensive and basically told me that it is not my business what goes on with other children and that her and the child's mom are working together on this child's behavior because the child she was yelling at is special needs... That makes the situation even worse because if the child is special needs, she should have more patience with that child and not yell at them the way that she was..I have expressed concerns regarding inappropriate behavior once before because the teacher in the class my daughter was in handles the children in a rough manner. (They have LIVE streaming) with that situation I spoke with the assistant director and her response was basically just that I can take my daughter to another daycare if I'm not satisfied, instead of looking into the issue.I always expressed my concerns in a respectful manner so we could avoid any future issues but it seems that the director at this facility does not seem to care about parents concerns because her solution to the problem was to kick my daughter out of the daycare, which is fine because I no longer feel comfortable taking her there, but felt the need to warn other parents because the director comes off as very caring/welcoming in the beginning. Which makes you think this is a safe place to leave your children at which is why I chose this daycare, but that is not the case.

I feel like this center did a really good job putting on a front at the walkthrough. My oldest would cry every dish at drop off and being new to the area, I assumed it was due to change. Looking back, I should’ve followed my mom instinct. The classroom and bathrooms in my sons room were always dirty. The infant room teachers weren’t pleasant. It makes me wonder what went on throughout the day to make him hate going so much. We were there for a month and that was long enough. We’ve been offered to go back and I refuse. I wouldn’t even take my dog there and regret every day putting my children through their care.
