Tiffany with aging and disability is no help with anything, so I'm not sure what she actually does. If you have a case manager which you should, you'll never know who they are or meet with them. The whole place lacks organization and seems to have zero knowledge on anything that has to deal with what their job entails.

A needed and necessary entity. I'm glad that we have social services available. The staff there that I've dealt with have always been courteous and professional.
