Switching to F&M Bank has been nothing but a blessing . I mainly only deal with the Gosnell Crossing location as it’s closer to my home. I can’t give enough praise to Debbie & Mary for all the kindness and patience they have given me. These ladies are truly an asset to this bank. Never once have I called or stopped in needing help have they ever not assisted me me with such delight. I highly recommend this bank to anyone that wants to feel appreciated. Keep up the great work!! Your company is lucky to have such AMAZING ladies taking care of their customers

Have gotten the run around and transferred to multiple people without anyone being able to help me. I called F&M Mortgage about a construction loan needed in Rockbridge County, VA. I was told that they could not help me because there is not a mortgage office in Rockbridge Co so I was transferred to the bank. The bank told me that the Mortgage office would need to help me because they handle the construction loans. I called a whole different branch in efforts to get help and was told I need to speak with the Mortgage office and was transferred, the mortgage office told me that the bank needed to help me.Needless to say, I won't be asking for any assistance from F&M in the future.

I have been a customer at F&M ever since I moved to Staunton, Va from MD. The people that are employed there are extremely nice, accommodating, and will always answer any questions I have. I am going to have to change banks because it seems that when it comes to bills being paid quickly, either by check or electronically through the bank, they are very, very, slow. Sometimes it seems as though the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. This month because my rent payment kept not showing up on the statement on line from them, I actually paid it three times! That's ridiculous. So, I will be leaving and moving to another bank ..... they need to be able to move things along a bit faster to keep up with the times. BB
