I called to ask a question about medical costs impacting taxes. She literally laughed at me before answering. I've paid many thousands in medical costs this year I thought it would be a good idea to see if it impacts me in any way. Sorry for my ignorance.

This building, tucked away, is full of helpful people eagerly waiting to help you with your taxes. Parking can be a little tricky, just take your time. I was greeted with a smiling face. While I waited I was offered a bottle of water. I had all my information ready to go so everything went smoothly. Women's restroom was clean. There is also a drop-off slot if you are not able to be there during business hours. Look for the white school bus with Liberty Tax on it; across the street from sheets.

Usually they are good but not this time. I understand being short staffed but you make an appointment and walk in will still get in front of you. The tax lady was so overwhelmed she couldn’t focus. Short staffed or not you can still be professional. Not complaining about what a bad day this is going to be as soon as you walk in the door

Kellie is an amazing tax preparation professional. She helped me with my taxes this year because I have had so many things change in my life that I didn’t know how to do my taxes correctly. She was patient and worked closely with me and my situation. She continues to check in on me to make sure I don’t have any questions or concerns. Amazing service.

Extremely pleased with Liberty Tax Service and loved working with Kellie Honeycutt. Not only was she very helpful and organized she was through in explaining things and going over our taxes. I highly recommend this Tax Service and especially Kellie!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Not only did my tax information get put in INCORRECTLY when i told them it was, they continued to file with my incorrect information and not give straight answeres about where my refund is. Management put in absolutely no effort to help, but constantly said "I work for you, not the IRS". I filed over a month ago, and they didn't even send in my taxes until a couple weeks ago, STILL WITH THE WRONG INFORMATION. Better off using turbotax. First time going somewhere to get taxes done, and my last.
