Mountain Valley was able to squeeze my truck in after I showed up without an appointment due to my scheduling snafu. They applied a spray-in bed-liner and were done when promised. They did a highly professional job - very impressive. Good work and good people. I'll use them again!

Wasted 30 minutes here. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and un professional and had no clue of what he was doing. Don't was your time coming here.

They did an awesome job on my truck camper shell. Snug fit, no leaks , color is on point.
The entire process was smooth. Good customer service and best price in the central VA area.

This place is bad for customer service, I took my dump trailer to be repaired there, and it took them a month to get it into the shop, I called every week to see if it was ready and they only told me that it is on the line, Finally a mount later and I called them again and they told me that this afternoon it will be ready, and about an hour later they called the office where I work to see what the problem was with the trailer, and from the beginning I had explained to them someone named Keith what the problem was and he said it was fine, but in the end they were never able to fix it, they only charged me almost 200 dollars and they changed something that I had told them that you were not the problem there because I had changed that part myself and It's obvious that they just ignored me.

Keith and Vanessa are the best! I’ve dealt with them since 2010 outfitting two pickups and recently purchased a Holmes utility trailer. They actually sold the trailer I was shopping the same day I went to purchase! They worked diligently to get me another exact trailer within 4 days! They are awesome folks to work with. Called to get a price for spray in bedliner and talked to one of the rudest and most unprofessional people ever. She acted like I was bothering her and was short with everything she said. If your busy thats fine just ask me to hold. I try to use local businesses, but not this one. I will never do business there and will let everyone else know also. Ill take mine to harrisonburg and get Line-X sprayed in. Ill pay the extra money to work with a company that actually has customer service!!
