Even the ATM here will close soon. The biggest problem: Truist has the WORST customer service I have seen anywhere! Poor functionality at the website, LONG telephone hold times, and staff who cannot help customers navigate the merger nonsense. I am taking my accounts elsewhere.

The only person that I could say that actually does her job in this an amazing person and has people skills it's only the manager everyone else have horrible people skill no customer service doesn't take responsibility as a company when something goes wrong and unfortunately mainly are the tellers that give a horrible experience

This branch is a shining example of BB&T’s complete apathy towards their own customers. This bank and this branch in particular does not care about you, does not care to help you, and is just another cog in BB&T’s machine of customer dissatisfaction.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
