lowes is great for home goods and spicing up your home. everyone was super nice and polite and the outdoors section is vast. the entire store is very big with a lot of items that you can buy. there are no other spots that i would shop at

The experience and help I received was fantastic. The customer service was so good especially by Carlton. Because of him I purchased everything I needed very well and easy and I hope that whoever else comes into the store gets the service like he gave me.

I been shopping at this store for years. The employees that work there in the evening time. Really looking for something that’s not there. Rang up both my items which came to $630 and the woman was accusing me of not ringing up both items, but only one. When I tried to return some stuff before purchasing other items, the woman was give me a hard time with returning an item, because I did not have a receipt and told me she could not return the item.

Came to find a furnace filter in an unusual size. Only one option, the cheapest filter (priced at $1.98 each). Oh well, it’ll do for now. But the item didn’t scan at self checkout, and so an employee came to assist. Turned out the product wasn’t in the system, so she called a manager to attempt to add the product in. The manager scanned the filter and dismissively said, “we cannot sell this to you”, then turned to the other employee and started explaining to her that the price should be $6, but they can’t sell it because it’s been discontinued. So I chimed in and mentioned that there were around 30 of them on the shelf, nobody else has them, and I’m literally here trying to give you money… once more, I was told “no we can’t sell this to you”, and then ignored.So yeah, I’m not coming back. It’s not even about the filter, I’ll get one online. The real issue was the way I was treated. There was no reason to be rude, and I would have appreciated an attempt at being helpful, or an offer to order the correct product. I’ve been shopping at Lowe’s exclusively for my business purchases for the last 6 years, but there’s nothing there that I can’t get from the Orange store so that’s where I’ll be taking my personal and professional business from now on.

I had an issue with an order online and went to the Sterling VA Lowe’s store to get it resolved. The manager at the costumer service, I think his name is Clifton, resolved the issue to our satisfaction, best experience ever. I really want to write this review because he was amazing and what a manager should be. Thank you!!

This place is the worst. I ordered a tool chest and paid for delivery. It showed up damaged and they're offer was peanuts. I returned it and they stated the delivery fee ($79) would also be refunded. It wasn't. Pickup day comes along and they were a no-show. The guy shows up ~28 hours after the end of the window I was given. Awesome. I'm just sitting here waiting on you lol. I placed a second order to pick up the sale price and that was supposed to be delivered today, but they just decided to reschedule for tomorrow. I won't be here. I have a life and Lowe's seems to have zero respect for their customers or their time. G.FY.

I have made 8 attempts to get an installation repair on my washer including what was supposed to have been a call back from the store and a 30 minute call back by phone. MAKE SURE YOUR APPLIANCE WORKS BEFORE THEY LEAVE. Washer installed but running hot water only. Cannot make contact with anyone at Lowe's to own the problem---"Let me transfer you to this dept." "Oh, let me transfer you to this person" "Don't worry they will call you back in 24 hours." All of my PRO Lowe's recommendations have gone straight out the window! I could not be more annoyed.

There was a nice selection of what we were looking for (ceiling fans). Carlton was a huge help, even though it wasn't his department. (We never found a clerk for that department).If Lowe's pays attention to these reviews, please acknowledge Carlton.
