10/10 experience with Sterling Arsenal, I came to them looking for cerakote and stippling for my new Glock 43x. They were very attentive and kind and did exactly what I was hoping to do with my project. I can’t thank them enough for everything they helped me with! And thank you sooo much Luis for working things out with me, I hope you had a great trip and I’ll be sure to refer all my friends to you! (BTW, the shirts are great!)

Highly knowledgeable and skilled gunsmiths. Quite the showroom with a variety of interesting builds. Highly recommend them for basic gunsmithing or if you have a custom project. I've heard good things about their cerakote work as well. I worked with Luis and he was great!

Dropped off a 14.5” BCM upper 3 weeks ago for a pin/weld job ($120).
Picked it up today (5/4/24), paid and checked it when I got home. Pin/weld job looks fine, test fire will determine though.
Problem: as you can see from pics, the Silencer Co ASR muzzle device I left with them to attach is not clocked properly. It should be fixed with the ports facing 3&9 o’clock. As you can see, it’s clocked closer to 2:30&8:30.
Will this affect the function of my rifle? No.
Will it lessen the effect of the ASR muzzle break? Probably.
So…a $560 upper with a $120 pin/weld leaves me with an upper that has an improperly clocked muzzle device permanently attached.
I would not recommend.
*Update: I received a rather passive aggressive reply from the owner to just send it back in for a re-do rather than “cry online” about. (You can read it below)
Would you send a part back after poor workmanship and a response like that? I’d rather the review stand for the next customer.

Excellent, friendly service. I had jammed my Glock. They repaired it right away on the spot, no problem. Test fired and ready to go. They are several miles from my house, but it was well worth the long drive. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Great gunsmith, been here a few times and the staff are very friendly. I had them install some components to my rifle and they did a great job. They even sell firearms, ammo, and accessories in the store. Will definitely be coming back for any gunsmithing & firearm needs ??

Quality of the work has been decent and overall service seems pretty good. Prices on everything is outrageous. Especially transfers, Also it took a long time to get a transfer done there, it's obviously not a priority.
