Very unfriendly/unhelpful staff. No elevator. No/non-working restroom at breakfast area. No 2nd floor ice machine. King bed was sunken in middle. Continental breakfast only, and even then very skimpy. Vetaran & Choice Gold Member parking spaces very far from rooms. Too much cheapskate corner-cutting here. Find a better motel and rest well. My back is still hurting from that bed.

This motel has the best possible rooms that you can get for a last-minute good night's sleep for weary travelers. The rooms have a modern design and the bed was really comfortable. Plenty of plugs for devices and bright lighting. The shower was clean as a whistle & the towels were soft. Also, the TV was big & clear. I can't give 5 stars because the outside still gives old motel, but the inside was perfect!

My mother and I were recently in a fire. Our home burned down and we lost our pet cat. The family that runs this place are VERY welcoming. They are very compassionate and worked with us concerning the payment of the room. Housekeeping are also nice. Always checking on us to see if we need anything. The staff here treat us like family then any other hotel I have ever stayed at. God willing, I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family! Also, we will be back if we ever need a hotel in the area!

I love it here! The rooms are clean. The staff is kind, and very helpful. The complementary breakfast options are satisying. The pricing is a little much but for the services received. It's money well spent.

Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Like the other reviews state, after walking on the floor for about five minutes the bottom of your socks will be black. It is clear nothing is cleaned in the rooms between visits. Stains ALL OVER the comforter and sheets. Attached are pictures of our socks (after walking around for only a few minutes), stained comforter, and the towel we used to clean the floor as best we could. Absolutely revolting, and the room smelled as well. The toilet was disgusting and had apparently not been wiped down for some time. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, the grout was literally black (saw that it was supposed to be white in the corners of the room), the exhaust fan on the AC was completely clogged with dust and grime. The cups and lids next to the coffee pot were caked with a layer of dust and hair, and the tea bags provided had all been opened by a previous guest and left there. The vending machine outside does not work. And the following morning when we tried to discuss the condition of our room with the front desk person, he was extremely unhelpful. You could not pay me to stay here again.

**STAY AWAY ROACH INFESTED**
I’ve rarely encountered a hotel this disappointing. Our first room arrived with sheets that appeared to be stained—possibly even blood—and the walls were grimy, covered in dark smudges and odd brown splatters. The bathroom felt like an uncleaned gas station restroom: the toilet wobbled loose from the floor, and every towel was matted with hair and discolored spots.
After raising our concerns, we were moved to a second room that was marginally better, but still riddled with stains on the walls and doors. It was obvious housekeeping never moved the furniture—both under the chair and elsewhere we found layers of dust, stray hairs, and debris. Having already spent over $600, we had no choice but to stay, which quickly became a regrettable decision.
By the second night, roaches were actually falling out from beneath the bathroom door. What should have been a five-day stay turned into a nightmare. Trust me: no discount on this place is worth it. Avoid it altogether.

My family and I have stayed at this particular location several times over the years. While the location is less than desirable due to all of the construction on 58, it's a decent place for the price. The front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and should we need to stay in Suffolk again this is the place we would choose. Thanks again!

Thought I would take a chance and stay at a Low Quality Inn. Big mistake. There was an overwhelming smell of incense or perfume or disinfectant in the room. Had to leave the door open to survive. Asked at the desk for another room and they said they were sold out. From what I see the place is empty. Terrible. Did I mention the toilet was clogged ? It was.

I’d like to start off by saying that this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had staying at a hotel. The first night I was there, the power in my room went out, I told the front desk and they looked into it and we’re not able to fix the problem, So they told me to go to a room upstairs and did not even offer to help.
This is just the Beginning…
Every time I walked up to the front desk Their fire alarm control panel was in alarm. Which was alarming to me to say the least!
Room service came around two times The 16 days I spent there, I had to go get towels and empty out my trash every other time.
The location is a very dangerous area. Sketchy people and high traffic.
The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling away, The dresser that the TV was mounted above, was falling apart, and the bed smelled like fish.
On top of all of that, I decided it was easier to stay and just do what I had to do for work and then get out of there As soon as I could. I ended up checking out 4 days early. I asked the lady at the front desk if I would be getting the money back for the days. I did not stay what she told me I would, and printed out a receipt showing that they owed me a balance of around $400. After a week, I did not see it hit my account so I called them up and asked them about it and they told me because I received a “discounted rate” That I am not getting my money back. This is after calling them about six times asking for it.
The rate that they gave me was 120 per night after taxes and fees. I don’t feel that that is considered discounted.
I called up The quality Inn, customer relations department and told them about this “(800) 300-8800”
The family that runs the hotel had changed my checkout date The day before I called that number in anticipation Of me filing a complaint. I have the original receipt showing what they were supposed to return to me and my actual checkout date.
I would highly not recommend this hotel to anybody. Hope this helps somebody for making the mistake I did

We were there for 3 nights and never saw housekeeping. For anything. We piled the trash up by the door but no one picked it up. Had to go to the office to get towels. They don't mop the woodish floors ever I guess. My damp washcloth came up brown from the floor. Everything there needs to be cleaned WELL. The guys working were great and helpful. The owner, not so much. The continental breakfast consists of sugar. Only thing warm was a waffle. You make yourself. The coffee is sad. Best bet is go to Wa Wa across the street. Their coffee is amazing.
