Kristen Smith made our loan process painless. She was very professional, knowledgeable and kept us abreast in every step of the loan process. Kristen was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had during the process. When the portion of our loan was completed with Kristen and turned over to the processing division Kristen continued to monitor the progress of our loan. We recently closed on our new home and Kristen was our loan officer. She was spectacular. It was a long and cumbersome process but she helped guide us through every step with wonderful insight and intelligence! Just when we thought underwriting was going to ask for our first born son she stepped up and got the deal closed. Now we are proud owners of a beautiful new home and we couldn’t have done it without her and the awesome team at Towne Bank.

Kristen and the team at Townebank made the process flow very smooth. There was a ton of paperwork for my VA loan, but throughout the entire process everyone communicated well and was very helpful. The website was helpful to transfer documents back-and-forth, and phone calls were made when time was essential. I was able to close successfully. Thank you Kristen and the Townbank team.
