I love the apartment overall, but there so many break ins and no cameras or police presence. So many cars including my own has had a window busted and now they are breaking the locks on the door handles. Idk I like the place but I shouldn’t have to keep paying for car repairs when I’m already paying a fortune in rent here.

Don't let a few negative reviews mislead you. Port 58 is a surprisingly good complex, situated in a fantastic area. So far I like living here!

I really like the staff here, but dealing with paying high rent and multiple break-ins without any action being taken is ridiculous like what are we paying for at this point. I rather pay for a peace of mind. If this is supposed to be a luxury apartment, I would expect them to install cameras around each building to enhance safety and take proper precautions.

Staff and maintenance are reasonable and the inside of the apartments are nice, the buildings are just built poorly. I’ve lived in many apartments and have NEVER had to hear this much noise from neighbors. Has ruined my experience.

This place is HORRIBLE!! 4 Vehicles (including mine) were broken into all in the same night! Water pressure is crap! Management is very unprofessional witg a horrible trash system! I normally don’t leave bad reviews at all man but this place is very.. different. Hopefully this will save you time & money!

I love this place, but who doesn't have cameras on each apartment complex building? Especially since break-ins are an issue. Thankful nothing was harmed, destroyed or taken, but why don't you all have cameras on each apartment building for reasons like this or matters that may be worse than this issue. It's ridiculous, and should definitely be taken more serious. I should feel safe knowing we have cameras to catch people for breaking into people cars. But we don't smh, and that's an issue for me.

Nothing luxurious about these apartments.That requires more than vinyl flooring. Building cheaply made. Flooring randomly peeling. Can hear neighbors clear as day. Reeks of marijuana. Maintenance lacking. Slow to address leaks. Filthy stairwells that are never cleaned. The one time they attempted it, incompetent workers got the filthy pressure water inside of the apartments. Nice treat coming home to. Amenities you’re paying for are rarely available. Trash constantly overflowing. So many people having their packages stolen. Rude property manager. Avoid.

The property manager is very rude when speaking with her about concerns in the apartments. She’s not friendly or approachable at all. This complex would be more enjoyable if there was a nicer, more understanding property manager to manage this property!

Honestly. The place looks nice. The walls are thin as paper. Upstairs neighbors allow their kids to play and stomp around until 2am in the morning. The staff constantly seems to lose track of paperwork submitted by their tenants and have screwed over three other neighbors I knew that have moved out. It had a promising start but performance has grown rather dismal. The stairwells are trashed and arent cleaned and maintained. There was multiple water leaks in multiple apartments. The floor has started to sag after the first year in. While I would like to leave a much better review, I cannot.

When I first came into Port 58 the greeting was nice Ms.Kianna W. was really helpful. The grounds are very clean and the maintenance's people are really punctual with the timing of requests service.

Everyone in the office was very helpful; therefore it made the moving process very easy and we love our apartment so that's a plus!!

Loving my new place. Had an issue with the upstairs neighbors with making a lot of noise but the office staff handled it and now I can finally enjoy my new place. Can’t wait until the summer time so I can enjoy the pool and grill.

Got to swing by the rental office and drive through today! Staff was so accommodating and the community was beautiful
