Great location. Staff and room was great.
Our room was a little worn and dated. Some items in the room.. like the ice bucket.. should be replaced.

It was my second time to stay here. I try to early check in, I'm discoverist member.it is nice benefit to me. Me and my husband one night trip for relax. I checked in sep, 30 sun. Receptionist was very kind, do not mention her name,so i dont know her name. she was nice and kind Hispanic lady. I want to leave review that area is very convenient for shopping. We had nice time and next day, my check out is 2pm. I still use gym and shopping until check out. Same reception lady was pretty smile and good morning to me. Feel like welcome. I was leave my review becase of her
Also gym was clean and good status machines . I really enjoyed my 1 day trip for relax. Definitely we will visit soon.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency and had an overall very good experience. While it is on the pricier side, I found the value to be worth it for the most part. The staff was decent—friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment after a long day.
The location of the hotel is a strong point, as it appeared to be in a convenient area, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. Additionally, the paid parking was reasonably priced.
However, one area that could use improvement is the parking ramp. I noticed that cars were speeding up and down without any apparent control, and there were no speed limit signs in sight. This made navigating the ramp a bit nerve-wracking, and I believe adding clear speed limits and better traffic management would enhance the safety and experience for all guests.
In summary, the Hyatt Regency offers a good stay with nice rooms and a convenient location. A few minor improvements, particularly in the parking area, would make the experience even better. Despite the price, I'd consider staying here again.

The best place to stay in Tysons corners, prefect rooms, excellent service and you can easily walk to the metro and is attached to the mall.

I forgot a large sum of money in the safe, and I returned to them after more than 5 hours and found him at the reception. I thank the employee, Jordan Smith, for his professionalism, ethics, and honesty.
Rooms: The rooms are clean and there is a shower in the bathroom
Nearby activities: Tysons Corner Mall
Safety: I forgot some money and they returned it to me

Stayed here being apart of a wedding party. Clean rooms, quiet hallways, great place to bring people from out of town. Very convenient to shopping, eating and interstate.

I think it's ridiculous at a hotel on your chain doesn't offer free breakfast. Also, your front desk people after the initial fell I spoke with we're just no personality whatsoever. Vending machines with nothing but pop no munchies and three things sold out. I'm a disabled vet that has to use a scooter and not one of your folks came over to see if I need help with the door that's not automatic. Just overall not a good experience

Comfortable hotel attached to a shopping mall. Plenty of choices to walk and enjoy a comfortable visit. The restaurant is excellent with a good cocktail spread.
Not happy on Globalist benefits at this particular Hyatt. No free parking, no premium Internet and limited breakfast options.
Rooms: Modern comfortable rooms. Bedding is excellent though pillows are very thin.

Let me start with the good things about this hotel first:
Close to mall, house keeping were professional and good water pressure for the shower.
Then there’s more worse things about the place which is why I would NOT recommend it!
1st room temperature in the room is hot and AC doesn’t get any colder than 65, and feels like 70 actually!
When I talked to hotel staff they offered a fan!
2. There’s mold in the bathroom that’s visible!
3. To use the PC at lobby there’s a hold of $25 and $1.50 to print 1 page ? I was told it was free. No big deal, just staff did know this!
4. Parking isn’t free, but that’s understandable for the location.
5. Rooms are a little outdated.
But mostly, not happy with how the front desk handled our complaint on room temperature.

The location is the best thing about the hotel it just feels like it's in the centre of everything, linked to massive shopping mall, metro only 10 minutes walk, bars and restaurants close by.
The service which is provided by the staff is outstanding they really do go above and beyond for everything and always so helpful in every way possible.
The room I got had a really good view and comfortable beds, the only thing which I didn't really like about the room was the lighting and just felt like it didn't have enough lighting in certain spots on the room which was annoying but other than that, loved Hyatt Regency Tyson's Corner, if I go Washington again this is 100% the place I'd stay at.
