I would like to start off by saying that everyone at this store is amazing! Honestly, I was a little hesitant to even enter at first as I am not particularly well-dressed or rich looking. However, despite not looking like a typical clientele, everyone treated me with respect and such kindness.Mary took excellent care of me and helped me find a replacement watch for my dad who has been without his for over a decade. His reaction was priceless...he absolutely loved it as it was nearly identical (upgraded size) to his previous one.Mary was also very responsive to responding to emails which is much appreciated. She also helped save me some money on an appraisal for my wife's engagement ring by introducing me to Matt.Matt was able to conduct the appraisal the same day and Mary was able to email them to me so that I could relay to my insurance company immediately.Thank you Liljenquist & Beckstead for making a first-time Rolex buyer's experience so great!...truly a one-stop shop for all your jewelry needs!

This was my first Rolex purchase and Matt Sember made it a memorable one! Few months ago, I walked into L&B looking for a Rolex for my upcoming wedding. Considering how hard it is to get a luxury watch these days, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Each time, Matt encouraged me to have faith and patience. I can’t express how much I recommend shopping at L&B. Everybody is helpful and polite all the time. Matt is awesome! His knowledge and expertise of watches and jewelry is very obvious. He’s always willing to help in any way he can, from jewelry appraisals to history on watches and anything in between. There was a watch I had wanted for a long time and knew it was going to be difficult to get. He tempered my expectations by reminding me of the state of the market, production constraints, and popularity of the brand in general with Rolex in todays climate. He never makes any promises other than that he will try his best to source a watch for you. He surprised me by contacting my significant other about the watch and she presented it to me on Valentine’s Day for an incredible surprise and experience! I was stunned. It was a day I’ll never forget. What I love the most about L&B is they place a lot of value and importance in client relationships and the buying experience. I will certainly be a lifetime customer!
