I moved to an area without a MemberOne branch, so I tried some other banks and an independent money management app. Nobody beats MemberOne's money management tools. I thought I would close my account after leaving the area, but I am still using it because of these features. In person service has always been a pleasant experience for me as well.

Normally I have had no issues when using the drive thru and hate to give the entire branch one star because of one person. I went in the branch today and had a horrible experience. One of the people I spoke to was rude and just acted like I was bothering them. Did not want to help me with a notary for a POA for my elderly father. She was like do you even have an account here. I advised yes I do. Asked me if I had a lawyer and I advised I don't need a lawyer. Then preceded to tell me all the issues with form. I finally just took the paperwork back and told her obviously you are not trying to help me so I will go somewhere else. So I will be taking my father to another bank to open an account and have them assist me with the paperwork I need.

They take forever and I write down every account # on the back of the checks if I have more than one transaction its usually messed up and then I have to go back and get it fixed I even write down explicit detail of transaction so dont know why this keeps occurring just please pay attentionSo the bank called me and told me that they had fixed the problem and they were very good about it So I changed my rating
