The paint job was nice, however tons of water in my car. It was raining outside overnight and even when I came to pick up my car. I guess someone had the window rolled down and water was all in my passenger seat. I noticed how soaked the floor was when I got home. Figured I would just bring towels out and over a few days let it dry…but then 3 few weeks later I go get new tires. They open the trunck to lift the spare tire compartment and about 2 inches of water is in it. This might have just been a one time error on their part, but they could’ve seriously damaged the electrical components in my car. The auto body shop couldn’t get the water out and I will have to use a bucket to get it out myself. I won’t be back.

I had my 20-year-old Toyota Camry painted at the Maaco shop on Bonney Road in Virginia Beach and they did an absolutely excellent job. I felt like I had a brand new car. I'm actually amazed that they can paint an old car and make it look so fabulous. Thank you Chris and all of the Maaco staff who were very friendly, helpful and professional. 👍

I would definitely recommend this shop to repair collision damage and paint. Had 3 different shops quote for frame straightening for our son’s Scion TC, Macco was the most reasonable and priced according for a full paint job. I should have gone to them first, but lesson learned. Additionally vehicle was fully detailed by Keri and looked good as the day it was purchased.

I had a great experience at this location. From the estimate, drop off and pick up I was truly satisfied. I would recommend this location for any paintwork. I will definitely come back if I have a necessary repair. The paint on my 1998 Land Cruiser was first class.

First of all I don't think the five star review is used correctly and you shouldn't get a 5 for just delivering exactly what's promised, it doesn't give room for companies that go above and beyond. The reason why I would give them a three is because my truck was finished a week later than promised, and when you need that truck for work, and it causes so many more additional issues that maybe three stars is a little too much.

Best service in town! My trunk release lid needs a replacement. The dealer quoted $470 for several hours’ work. Two other body shops quoted 200-350$. But Eric got it done within 10 minutes with a small knife and screwdriver and charged nothing! Such a decent person and honest store!

They took great care of me. I forgot the name of the Lady at the front desk who assisted me (which is a shame because she deserves recognition)— but she was phenomenal! She was transparent and helpful with the quoting and very communicative.

I had my car painted recently at Maaco , and I am very pleased with the outcome . My car is older , but, it is very low mileage and the clear coat had worn off in many places . I wanted to protect it to prevent rust. They did a great job , matched the original color very closely . Kerri was so helpful , and answered all of my questions and concerns. They provided a Uber to get me home and then provided another back to pick up my car when it was ready. The price was excellent as well . I couldn't ask for more , My car looks brand new now ! Thank you .
