Went to Macy’s with friends. The store was clean and using the current COVID-19 protocols and procedures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would come here again when in the area. Thanks for reading my review and a thumbs up would let me know someone else reads these reviews.

Had a great experience with Dorcas who checked us out upstairs. She was incredibly courteous and sweet! It was so nice to meet someone who enjoys their job and spreads happiness. She made our day!

My daughter and I went shopping the day before Mother's Day. Not many staff working. I suppose they are trying to hire staff as well. We found a nice lady who waited on us. We has fun shopping at Macy's for Mother's Day!!
