Reaver Beach brewery continues to be a solid choice in Virginia Beach, and Norfolk. We stopped by the VB location and was pleased to find a decent crowd, and something besides IPA's. Their selection of beers has expanded to have a little of everything, including a couple of sours. HOWEVER, I Strongly recommend you sample the sours before ordering. I typically love sours, but the two on tap as of this posting 4/29/23 were beyond what I was able to finish. Thier other offerings were great, but this batch of sours are a bit more than I could palette.. There is plenty of merchandise, and they are dog friendly throughout the brewery inside and out. This will continue to become more and more important as summer continues to roll in. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall pleased with the visit, hopefully the next batch of sours will be more paletteable.

I absolutely VB Reaver Beach! The atmosphere, beertenders, customers.... everything about it is inviting and welcoming and the beer is outstanding!

Laid back, locals hangout, with good beer. Located in a business park area, I don't think you can find a more chill spot. There's plenty of parking, it's quiet, and it doesn't have a day care environment like a few of the breweries (come on parents....you don't need to drink beer with your one year old next to you...go do something with them!). The staff is super friendly, and I don't think I've ever had a wait to grab a beer. I really like the beer choices here, not too crazy like some breweries. Well done, and see you next time.

Excellent brewery with a diverse selection of beers. Weekly specials and a great layout for talking with friends or watching football with the gang. Plus outdoor seating for the warmer weather. Definitely recommend.

Great beer, great service, even better community. Highly recommend as a stop for out of town visitors (I’m visiting for work). Good selection of beers, with multiple ales, lagers, and sour varieties.

We stopped in here while we were trying out one of the neighboring restaurants. I have never been to this brewery before but it looked really nice. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, lots of games available to play while you hang out. They had a food truck there too. The bartender was very kind and offered samples to try to pick the best beer for you. The bar area was pretty quiet and chill, very nice atmosphere overall.

Delicious beers! Cool vibe and cute place! Definitely a place I would visit again! Loved both the stout and porter I tried. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

Chill atmosphere with an open pet policy! Come when the weather is nice and sit outside. On Saturday there is a dj with good sound system too.

My go to is the hazy tide. Great mellow NE IPA, but great selection and great prices. Cozy atmosphere and friendly bartenders. They have a great selection of flagship beers but also cycle some amazing collab and seasonal beers.

Wife and I had a blast at Reaver Beach. General Manager, Josh was an absolute riot and an absolute pleasure to talk to at the bar area. The taproom was decked out for Halloween when we came. You tell this is really just a fun place to be. Beer was on point too.

I hate giving businesses one star. Called ahead to check if they had food or a truck. It would have been our first time tasting their beer. Arrived and saw they were having an event. Thought, "Awesome, even better". They had a check in table at the parking lot. We were told, "No flights or growlers because we are tovbusy for all of that".Found another brewery that was not to busy. For me it was the way it was said.Maybe saying, "We are limiting how we are pouring today for the event, but please go in and enjoy our brews".Hopefully we can try next time and I can change the review because it looks like a great place.
