Sean runs and incredible towing company and has never let me down. I ran a shop in gainesville dealing with high end European vehicles and only trusted him with all my tows. Today he came through for me again when I blew out my rear tire in the middle of 66. I called him and per usual, made it to me promptly without question. There’s a reason I call Sean for all my towing needs, and it’s not so I can stare at that pretty face of his! Thank you again Sean, you are constantly pulling through for me as well as the entire community!

I recently had an experience with Sean with Performance Towing, and I can't say enough good things about him and his company. He is always incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I messaged him regarding a need for a tow. His response time was impressively fast, and he made a stressful situation much easier to handle. If you need a tow truck, I highly recommend Performance Towing and I recommend him. This towing experience has been fantastic. Sean was very professional, very polite, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me out. I drive a 2009 honda civic si coupe that is lowered and sean got it on the back of the truck with no problems at all while other towing companies I've used in the past when broken-down was always a 2 or 3 hour wait and almost an hour of them struggling to lift it on their trucks. I really appreciate Sean's willing fulness to help out last minute and very unexpectedly. I will definitely use this company for future needs and give them a 5 star rating. I highly recommend!

I don't generally write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled. After running into a ditch and nearly ending up upside down, I asked my insurance company to send roadside assistance. Several snafus (by the insurance company) later, I reached Sean at Performance Towing. He was on a job but promised to come ASAP. Insurance mistakes had pushed us into nighttime darkness making an already complicated towing job even moreso. To my everlasting relief, Sean showed up at the time he had projected. It took about 30 seconds to realize that Sean was just what the doctor ordered: a seasoned professional (16 years) who had seen it all. He put together a system of cables wrapped around trees no rookie would ever have thought of and pulled my car free of the surrounding trees with no additional damage. Given Sean's long experience, I felt comfortable with his assurance that my car was safe to drive. If (God forbid) you are ever stranded in the Fauquier County, VA, area needing a tow, call Performance first. You can't do any better.

Legitimately first time customer with Performance. I called and Sean answered. I explained to him that I needed to get my car towed to the dealership for a warranty repair. I couldn’t drive it due to it being too dangerous with the failed part. Sean understood and told me when he would be able to pick up my car at my home and deliver it to the dealership. He stuck to his word of his arrival time. He got my car delivered worried free at the dealership. Sean was friendly, professional, and quick with getting my car to its destination. Also, he was quick to respond with text updates. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Sean and his company for all my towing or needed road side assistance in the future. If you’re skeptical and hesitant on needing Sean’s towing service, don’t be! Give him a call for all your towing and roadside needs!

I couldn't be happier with this company. Can I call them late at night because my daughter was broke down in the middle of nowhere. She was traveling through the northern Virginia area. She calls me in the middle of the night frantic that her car is broke down period and doesn't know where she is exactly. They took my daughter's number and contacted her directly contacted her directly contacted her directly they were able to figure out where she was and had a truck to get in less than a hour.then got her car to a great shop that they worked with. After dropping her car off at the night drop . They proceeded to take my daughter to the nearest hotel for no extra charges the guys that work for this company are awesome.from one father to another they made sure my daughter treated like family and made to feel safe I could not be more greatful to the guys at Performance rowing .these guys are a great company thank you for taking Care of my baby girl
