Tim did and awesome job. Was on time and very conversational and engaging with me my kids and even my dog! Finished the work promptly, and explained to me basic maintenance for maintaining the quality of the door. Highly recommend this company if you ever have any garage door issues.

So impressed with Blue Ridge Garage Doors. From the beginning to the end they were transparent with pricing and displayed a level of professionalism that I didn’t know existed anymore. Heather is so knowledgeable, she told me what was wrong with my garage door before they even came out and she was right! This company was $325 cheaper than Precision and they came out almost immediately. Thanks Heather and Heathers Dad! We will be calling Blue Ridge Doors for any future needs, you should too, you won’t be disappointed!

Great service and installation. I needed two garage doors replaced but not the openers, rails, or chains, as I had recently replaced those myself. Jason worked with me and provided a quote for the doors, accessories, and installation. Tim completed the installation, made all the needed adjustments, and was finished in six hours. Great work!

Excellent job installing the new garage door opener. Clearly explained all of the features of the remotes, etc. Worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend these guys enough. I had a badly shaking garage door and Gorilla Tim was here promptly and stayed until the door was opening smoothly. He even called in a co-worker to come do some additional observing and maintenance. 5 stars

Called and had a new garage door operator two days later. Great customer service experience from the original call to the install. Will definitely use them again when needed
