If you need an honest, straightforward diagnosis and repair on your vehicle (especially if it is a Subaru), Red Hill Auto Repair should be your first and will be your only stop. I brought my Subaru Crosstrek in after going to another local repair shop and the Subaru dealer. The car was misdiagnosed at the first shop and got an unneeded repair ($800). I was quoted over $1800 at the Subaru dealer. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the shop, Tucker (the Owner) had the problem diagnosed, explained it in an understandable way, and within 3 hours had the repair done and I was back on the road. Initially he wasn’t sure if he would be able to get it done that day so gave me options to mitigate the concern until I was able to schedule an appointment. Further, even after performing the same day repair, the cost was still less than half of the dealer. The honesty and customer service alone was worth what he charged. I cannot recommend Red Hill Auto and Tucker highly enough nor will I bring my vehicles anywhere else (unless Tucker recommends it).

We brought our Subaru in today to Tucker and he did a wonderful job. It no longer creaks and screeches like a bat when you turn the wheel. He figured it out very quickly, was professional, and explained things well. He was wonderful. Thank you!

Tucker repaired my CRV in 15 mins and got my family back on the road. He was friendly, trustworthy and kind.

My family and I were two hours into a 7 hour road trip when we heard a scraping noise from under our vehicle. Our skid plate was loose and dragging on the ground.
Tucker fixed our vehicle in 10 mins, free of charge at an hour when the shop was technically closed. I can’t believe what good service and consideration we were given at a time when we needed help.

Tucker at Red Hill Auto is amazing! I stopped in unexpectedly (and a little desperately) with a car problem as I was traveling through the area. He stopped everything to help me. I'm so grateful for his kindness and expertise!

We broke down on Sunday and this was the closest garage. Even though they were closed they offered to help. Genuinely good people and knowledgeable and were able to quickly get us back on the road. It's hard to find good customer service like this and I would highly recommend Red Hill Auto Service & Sales to anyone.

If you have a Subaru, go see Tucker at Red Hill. He will do all he can to keep your car running smoothly. We have a 2005 Outback and he's helping us keep it on the road for as long as we can. He is an expert mechanic, thorough, honest and up front about options, pricing etc. He's a busy guy, so plan accordingly. It's worth the wait to get the job done right. Thanks Tucker!

Service was BEYOND my expectations! My Daughter's Car needed to be repaired...Tucker was upfront...honest...great pricing...did an amazing job on her vehicle - runs awesome. I take comfort knowing My Daughter is in Good Hands in The Future for her car. I live in NC...and a great mechanic is hard to come by...especially trustworthy ones - so it gives this worry all The Time Mom alot of comfort knowing he is just around The Corner for My Daughter. This auto shop is AMAZING, the best I’ve ever been to! I was traveling from NY to Florida and had a sudden leak in my brake lines and was not going to be able to continue my trip, but the owner of this shop stopped what he was doing to instantly help diagnose my problem and continue to work around 5 hours on it until my car was fixed! This would have never happened at any other shop and I’m incredibly grateful for this place! Great service, great prices, and great knowledge and explanation from the owner every step of the way, thank you Red Hill Auto!!

Very thankful to Red Hill Auto. I caught a flat near Grottoes with 100 things I was late for. I called around hoping someone would sell me a spare to get home on…around closing time. I called, no answer, only to get a call back 5 mins later. They told me they had one and they would set it behind the shop and for me to help myself to it at no charge. ?
