Ronda was very helpful to me when I went to the bank to make a large deposit. She explained to me in detail when my funds would be available. Since I no longer live in VA, she also told me about shared branches and found several near where I live. Very good information to know if I have an issue and can’t get to Virginia to resolve it. I was very impressed with Ronda’s knowledge and professionalism.

Last week, I visited the Denbeigh branch to inquire about an Auto Loan. Unfortunately, one of the representatives seemed disinterested and didn't provide any assistance. As a result, my inquiry was immediately rejected, and I lost some credit points. However, on September 18, my mother and I met a lady named Jolee Nieto, who exceeded my expectations. She compared the prices of the vehicles I was interested in with their actual value based on the features, making the auto loan process quicker. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for auto loan or mortgage inquiries!
