So glad to have found Shine Yoga. An attractive, comfortable studio, was made to feel very welcome the moment I walked in.Caroline (the owner) actually taught the first class I took (a gentle, restorative session), and although I'm very creaky after being away from yoga for far too long, the class was so enjoyable and I look forward to much more time on the mat at Shine!

Shine Yoga is an incredible studio. The class space is clean, bright and beautiful. Classes are exceptionally led and encouraging to all levels. Colleen’s customer service is above and beyond - she goes the extra mile to make sure her students are cared for and met where they are. 10 out of 10 recommend Shine Yoga!!

I would highly recommend the Shine Yoga Ibiza Retreat. What a amazing week, full of amazing yoga, tasty vegan food and the perfect people and location. Anke is such a sweetheart and her classes are the perfect start in the morning and the best thing you can do before sleeping. Looking forward to the next retreat???♀️.

After moving to Winchester, I “shopped around” for the best yoga studio in town and fell in love with Shine. The energy there is fantastic. I always feel so much better after my practice. The instructors are incredible - kind, welcoming, and encouraging, never taking it too seriously which I appreciate! A variety of classes are offered. You’ll be sure to find your favorites!

Can’t believe this place only has one review, before this posting. However, I’m not surprised it was 5 stars. If you’re looking to get your vinyasa on, this place is the bomb diggity. Relax, realign, and get in touch with your inner yogi at the BEST studio in the 540.

BEST exercise I ever invested in and the environment at Shine is so relaxing & inviting. The owner is very down to earth and if her hot vinyasa classes don't kick your butt, you need something else. I didn't realize what a gem I found until I went out of town and tried other yoga studios. Shine even provides mats and all other yoga accessories, if you need them. In the words of the owner, 'All yoga asks you to do is show up.' Show up for this place and you will not be disappointed!

Visiting Winchester for business, took Kate's 6:00 am bed head yoga class. Kate was awesome. Super welcoming and taught a great class. Cool space. A little difficult to find but worth a visit

I've taken two classes here so far and am IN LOVE! I spent years of my life afraid and intimidated to take a yoga class in an actual studio in fear of not knowing enough to feel comfortable. Well this place is SO welcoming , cozy , and filled with so much love and light. Each class I could keep up with while being challenged. I am so grateful for the welcoming environment they offer!! Definitely will be a regular!!
