Service manager James was the most honest service advisor I ever met.I have been to other shop for my JD 2320 and never satisfied but this time James made my day. I recommend Winchester location to all of JD owner for their service needs.

Virginia Tractor is a cheating company. The BEST local John Deere company is James River Equipment - they have a much higher customer rating.

Saved me 100 smackers on an aftermarket tire and wheel assembly for my JD125. The mechanic also explained my likely underlying problem (steering spindles). Very happy.

Great people to deal with. Up front with repairs needed on my tractor. When they were working on it discovered some of the proposed work wasn't necessary so it saved me time and money. Honest, friendly people that treat you right.
