Customer service at this 7-Eleven is really bad. The staff is rude and acts like they don’t want to be there. I asked a question and got an attitude in response. The store itself was also dirty and unorganized. Definitely not coming back.

Great stock and really clean when I was there, but about 80% of my visit was waiting to pay. As eager as I was to give them my money, if my kids weren't with me I would have left the purchase behind

Took several minutes to get pump turned on (cashier not paying attention?). Then the diesel pump only supplies 1.5 gal per minute... took over 10 minutes to pump 15 gal. Then pump nozzle didn't shut off, likely due to low flow rate, and pumped a bunch of fuel all over my car and the ground. Fix your pump !!! Guy in front of me never could get gas pump to turn on... he eventually left in frustration.. very poor service/attention to customers.

My go to 7-Eleven for the last 5 years I’ve lived here. The whole crew is like family and I go in at least once a day. Martin always has a smile on his face and so kind and caring. I appreciate all the crew does at this location.

The diesel automatic shut-off didn’t work, so there was diesel all over my hand, car, and the ground. I told the manager because it was a safety issue and instead he just kept claiming I did something wrong and then expected me to put my credit card in again so he could show me. I didn’t want anything to be done except correcting a big safety issue and the manager, Gour, escalated this. Instead of me just bringing it to their attention, they’ll be visited by the fire Marshall, dept of weights and measures, and dept environmental protection. Very poor management, where he could have acknowledged my concern, but instead blamed me for their equipment’s failure to operate properly.

I would have given it zero star if there was an option. I picked up two cups when I was getting my slurpee (to split up the small cup between my two little kids). The woman at the register rudely said “You have two cups. Why do you have two cups?? We charge for the cups” I said “I need two cups and I don’t have any problem paying for it if I need to pay.” She gave me a dirty look and charged me 50 cents. HAHA.I am more than willing to pay for a cup if I need to but I do not need to be scolded for what I need. Extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. You collected 50 cents and lost a customer forever.

The cash register guy took my nephews gift card And said he did not take it we looked everywhere and we told him if we could get a new one I said I don't care about the money . And he said go look In the trash my nephew was mad!
