I recently used Apple Moving for my military PCS HHG shipment, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The crew was super professional yet fun to work with, making a stressful process much easier. They worked fast, efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized from start to finish. The employees saw me stuck with a flat tire. My dad just passed away recently and I really didn’t know what to do but they immediately offered to help me and got it changed to the spare and gave me directions to a shop. Much appreciated.

There wasn't one piece of furniture that we received that wasn't damaged. Boxes were packed with no rhyme or reason. Baby items were crushed by garage items and tools, etc. Everything was random. The driver ran over my yard and rocks on my brand new construction that just closed. I will never coordinate an HHG through the military again. From now on, I will either do it myself or hire actual professionals to conduct my move for me. It was so bad that the mover who was tasked to unload at my destination (Ziggy) said it was one of the worst moves he's ever seen. I'm pretty disappointed by the entire thing.
Update: My entire game collection is missing. This includes PS5, PS4, and an SNES and the entire library. All the boxes have been unpacked. This company is disgusting.

If you’re a military family assigned Apple Moving or Executive Moving Systems VA through HomeSafe Alliance, I strongly recommend reconsidering.
Our move included full packing, unpacking, and debris removal, as per the contract. While they had no issue boxing up our belongings, they completely failed to complete the unpacking and debris removal. Instead, they packed up their equipment and left, leaving us to deal with piles of boxes and packing materials.
Now, we’re forced to pay out of pocket for junk removal—an expense we should never have had to cover. Their failure to complete the job they were paid to do has been incredibly frustrating.
If you’re assigned this company for your move, run.

I don’t even know where to start. This is our fourth
Military move, and we never experienced such poor service. We are given Apple movers to move us from Georgia to Maryland. The overall performance is beyond disappointing to say the least. They have two days to pack but still they did a poor job packing and handling our stuff. Everything seems rushed, they only pack our 4 bedroom house in one day. Given that we have pre-packed the kitchen and some small office items (which are the only ones that were packed properly and in the right boxes— which we provided)
With Apple company, It seems like they have only use two sizes of box. 90% of our stuff were put in wardrobe boxes! It didn’t matter what it was they just literally dumped it in the wardrobe box. No matter how small, big, and heavy it was— it will be in wardrobe box. Imagine have to dig through those tall and deep boxes that were meant to be for clothes. They hardly put any packing papers into boxes with few items in it to avoid stuff from breaking, even our 75’ tv hardly have any papers to protect it. They took our mattress out without packing it and didn’t wrap our white sectional. It was delivered with huge punctures and with huge patches of black dirt.
I did not boss them around, I trusted them completely with our stuff. We provided nothing but courtesy during their entire stay. They had the freedom to do their job properly, warm meal and cold drinks were provided to them. So, to see how poorly they treated our items just makes me question what kind of training they had. This performance is not okay! So many broken items and furniture. Do they really think that it was fine to treat other peoples’ belonging carelessly? If you are doing a military move with this company, ask for someone else to do so!

I could give 0 stars I would, they were tasked with storing my things while I was in Korea for a year. I received my things upon my return and I immediately noticed shards of glass and crushed chairs. To make a long story short, I had to many items that were broken and lost. A crated granite today we received as a wedding gift was LOST, a Christmas tree LOST! They even LOST pictures that can no longer be replaced and many other items. I don't understand why the Military continues to use this company. They've also changed their name a few times to throw people off. I attached some pictures of broken items.

I have been in the Army for going on 27 years and Apple Moving is without a doubt the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. It is patently obvious that they do not care about your belongings. I caught one packer attempting to steal jewelry. I reported it to apple moving and they did nothing. I also had to argue with the packers to properly pack multiple items. They refused to package some of my speakers the way I requested and unsurprisingly they were delivered destroyed. I have had these since I was 19 years old and they’ve been around the world twice only to have apple moving kill them moving from Washington DC to Fayetteville NC. They also destroyed family heirlooms to include an antique desk, 150 year old German entrance furniture, a teak dining table, walnut desk, lamps, etc. All through gross negligence. I watched a mover throw a lamp off the back of the moving truck and smash it. I also insisted that many furniture items be wrapped in multiple blankets and taped up throughly only to see them arrive either with no blankets on them or poorly wrapped in different packing than what was on them when they left my house. No amount paid in claims can replace the things that Apple Moving destroyed. The worst part, is that it could have all been easily avoided if any care was taken during the moving process.

Company blew delivery deadline by five days, despite being provided an additional two weeks of buffer time. Their semi truck broke down en route from MD to TX, but rather than re-task on of their trucks, or hire/rent a third-party truck, they chose to sit on their hands while we sat on the floor 10 days after arriving at our new house. When called, they made lame excuses ("stuff happens") and did not take meaningful action to resolve the problem.
