Left a message for Brandon with the assistant two days ago to buy two insurance policies but never received a call. Hate to see how they handle claims if they don’t even bother with new prospects.

We've been with Farmers for our home insurance since 2015. We have Joshua Fitzpatrick for our agent and then changes came and we have Brandon Wince now. So far we don't have any issue and our home insurance is doing fine. All I could say is, thank you and keep up the good work.
