The quality here has gone down drastically. I recently got a lash lift and tint that took about 20 minutes. Normally, lash lifts take over an hour. I’m not sure what happened to my lashes, but they are curled backward and in multiple directions. Needless to say, they look awful and are most likely damaged. Save your money, take care of your lashes, and do not come here.

I have been getting my brow wax and tint done here for maybe 4 years now and they do a great job. I have never had any issues with the quality of the work. I had issues with scheduling and with my appointments getting cancelled last minute. It is so difficult to schedule appointments because I work in health care and hours are wacky. When I finally do make an appointment that works for me, I do a little happy dance. BUT if I had to estimate, I'd say about 50% of my appointments have been cancelled by Christine. And of course rescheduling is always a pain because, again, work. I can't rely on the fact that my appointment won't get cancelled. I understand that things happen and I have been very patient in the past but once again my appointment was cancelled and I can't justify going here anymore. I am on the hunt for a new brow waxer.

I got a spray tan here for my wedding day, the lady was super nice and the environment was nice and clean but unfortunately my spray tan did not have much color and only lasted two days. There was no color on the day of my wedding which was super unfortunate since it was a big day and I was depending on that spray tan for pictures and what not.

I searched for a new lash place when I moved here and found Ink Beauty Bar. I have had several lash lifts over the years so I am very familiar with the after care process and have never experienced this before... My first lash lift was good and lasted a pretty long time. My second lash lift was absolutely awful! I messaged Cristine the following morning when I noticed my lashes still didn't look right. My lashes are long so the correct size lash pad or rod needs to be used to get the proper swoop. It looked like my lashes were curled on a small lash rod so they were over curled and some of the ends looked fried. She asked for pictures so I provided those so I sent some and I even offered to stop by the salon so she could see in person. She completely stopped responding to me after I sent the follow-up messages. Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service. I later found out from a lash tech at a different salon that my lashes were over-processed. I would not recommend this business.Service: Lash lift

Disappointing service and results. After weeks of researching I chose Ink Beauty Bar because of the amazing reviews. Sadly, my experience was anything but. I got an eyelash lift for the very first time with Cristine and she did a terrible job. My eyelashes are naturally long so they just needed to be lifted but after the service they were falling back down in less than 24 hours. I followed the after care directions perfectly and even followed up with Cristine. I sent her pictures to see if there was anything she could do to enhance the lift but she ignored my email, and follow-up email. Terrible customer service and waste of money. Will not be returning.

This was my first time using Ink Beauty Bar. I was researching for a while for places to get lash lifts until I found Ink Beauty Bar. I actually traveled 1 hour to this place because the reviews were so good and wanted to make sure I went to a place I could trust. I need to say that from the minute I walked in I was not disappointed. Caprice greeted me with a smile and warm welcome and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I also need to mention that my lashes never looked better after my lift and tint. I scheduled a follow up appointment before I left. I will not go to any other place from now on! I've been on the edge about getting my eyebrows micro bladed. I've been putting it off due to the cost, but I really hated to draw my brows on daily. I started looking around and I found this salon. Great ratings and it was relatively close to home! I booked an appointment. This salon was nice and clean, Christine took her time and made sure I was comfortable. I just went back to get the powder fill, can't wait to see the final results!

Me and my sister had an appointment scheduled for a lash tint and lift for her wedding this weekend. We scheduled this appt 2-3 months in advance. We got a text message an hour and half before our appt saying she has to cancel. Me and sister totally understood that things come up, but there was no accommodation. I texted her back letting her know we can try to come back in, but I did not get a response. My sister was told to just call to reschedule. This came off very unprofessional and surprising as we have never had something like this happen to us without any further communication involved. Also, when we tried to look online to schedule again, the website said it was unavailable and that it has expired. We found another place that was able to squeeze us in and they were amazing!Service: Eyelash extensions

I haven't been back here since January 2020. I used to be a regular here for lash lifts + tint. Right before my engagement party I went in and there was 0 lift! Not sure what happened but when I sent photos after to management and explained that my lashes truly looked no different, they gaslit me. I was told I need to come in to verify even though I had shown them there was 0 difference from my lashes prior and my lashes post lift+tint. I asked for a refund and they ignored me and kept insisting I come back in. I was super disappointed as I was a regular and I had trusted them so much in the past, but to be treated like that after my loyalty to them was horrible. I didn't get a refund. Super disappointing.

I cannot recommend Christine enough. I came to her with literally NO eyebrow hair because I am on chemo. With Stage 4 Breast Cancer it is so hard to feel pretty...I have lost my breasts, hair on my head, my lashes and eyebrows. I can deal with no eyelashes or head hair but I wanted eyebrows to feel pretty and feminine. Christine designed the perfect brows that look like actual hairs!!! I did lose a lot after the first application I think a lot of that was because my chemo effected it but she did the normal touch up and they look AMAZING!!! I look like the "old me" again. The shop is so PRETTY and CLEAN!!!! She plays very relaxing instrumental music and the experience there is very calming.. On top of all that...Christine is a kind and sweet person!! I highly recommend her.

I had my first ever professional facial and my skin looks amazing and is glowing! Also Amy does an amazing job on my eye lashes, she did an eyelash lift. I get compliments on them all the time. She is both professional and always friendly. I would 100% recommend and I will be back!

I had an amazing experience with Cristine at Ink Bar. I made an appointment for the the Powder/Ombre Brows and Cristine was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The studio was inviting, pristine, and elevated. I felt very safe with the protocols in place due to covid. Cristine offered excellent advice and included me on everything during the process and why. She caters to your desired outcome and customizes post care to fit your skin/needs for the best possible outcome. This is the first time I had my eyebrows microbladed. Christine was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel right away comfortable.I have seen so many bad microblading jobs that I was worried to have this done. After she was done I was very happy and loved the fine details and the time she took to make it perfect. If you want permanent makeup look no further.
