They kicked my brothers and I out of the store before we even step foot in the store, because apparently we’re all “teenagers” when we are all over 18. It wasn’t even in a nice way, the lady had a very rude attitude which was very unprofessional and could’ve been handled way better. And few minutes later we walked past the store and there was actual teens in the store which I thought was pretty funny. So if you want great customer service please come to this store to get yelled at in your face and kicked out of the store for no reason! 😊

I walked into the store with my siblings, my girlfriend and her sister today at about 5pm and was immediately greeted by one of the workers with a lot of attitude. She told us to get out of the store while saying she “wasn’t going to let a bunch of teenagers into the store, this isn’t a hangout spot”. I myself am 23, and everyone with me was above 18. Nowhere does it say outside the store or inside the store that teenagers are not allowed to be inside. I was ready to buy something from the store, but I’m never going to this store ever again. I would not recommend anyone go to this store, unless you want to be discriminated against for looking a certain way. Never have I ever thought that I was going to be discriminated against in any way, shape or form until today. Do not go to this store.

Came into the store around 5 today and the lady working immediately told us to leave. Saying somthing about you had to be over 21 to come in and they where not letting groups to teens come into the store. We were all over 18... and I'm pretty sure that's NOT policy. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HAVE A SERIOUS CONVERSATION WITH THIS EMPLOYEE!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNP

I went in the Potomac mills location to find a cute outfit for my birthday (I used to wear true religion years ago and now it’s back in style) I was rushing and trying to find the right size and style. OMG!!!! When I say CHRIS/CHRISTOPHER literally helped me find jeans and tops to try on and gave honest feedback back he literally should be a personal stylist. Thanks to him I found what I needed and will be wearing it tomorrow his customer service was BEYOND AMAZING and he truly went over and beyond helping me go and pick each piece. I will for sure be coming back GOD willing and I will be calling corporate to tell them how freaking amazing this gentleman was YOUR ROCK!!!!! The store was also very clean and neat too

Came to Potomac mills from fredericksburg specifically for this store and they're closed when they're supposed to be open. I'm going to go ahead and trash my true religion products then because this is how they treat their customers...like trash.

Good selection of jeans. I wasn’t looking to buy but ended up buying a pair of jeans. Wish I could remember the young man that helped me and he choose my actual fit! I was 100% satisfied with it, fit me like a glove. Very Helpful!

The store clerk "Christy" would not honor the return policy listed on their website and in the customer service portal.I called other True Religon stores and they confirmed that they do take returns from online orders.This store is in violation of their own policies.They claimed the managers name is "Hector" but from other reviews it seems that's a lie.

Does not accept returns. Despite the company policy, and the explict instructions on the website and emails, they insist that you have to mail your returns. Why bother with an inpersom store if they don't have most of the products, limited sizing, and can't handle a simple return.

The manager Kevin is extremely rude. He talks negatively about customers which makes shoppers uncomfortable!Not sure what happened to the previous staff but they were friendly and the store was very organized, now it’s just a complete mess and chaotic.

I bought a size L shirt, when I got home it didn't fit 3 days later I came back and changed it back to size XL. They said my shirt was stained from the label, while I only tried it once. The store is terrible.

The girl wouldn't put her phone down long enough to come from behind the counter to answer any questions or anything. She even seemed a bit annoyed to answer questions. Wonder if the manager knows that she is paying her associates to troll instagram...
