My husband and I sold our home in Iowa and moved back to VA my home State. We researched the whthe county area and decided to find a relator and buy a home here. I am very picky, and we both wanted different things this time around because this is our last home buy. So we came across Bobbi Durks on a home we were interested in. We hit it off great with her. Then we started looking at slot of homes, I mean alot, the last one we looked at that she said she thought this was maybe the one, well it was. It was a short sale, we had no idea what it involved, but ;Bobbi walked us through it all, she stayed on the op of it all constantly and took very good care of us. When we were ready to give up and had so much fustration, she kept is calm and had us regroup. We finally closed on the house two weeks ago. She is blessing for anyone who gets her. She cares about the clients, she works hard and makes sure your done right by everyone and fights for your rights as a buyer. We highly recommend her for anyone.
