We had a breakdown the week before Thanksgiving. Our Freightliner Cascadia had the clutch go out. They did a great complete service at a reasonable price. We had to get our truck towed into their shop and everything was professional. They offer road service, towing, and a service shop. They did the repairs in a timely manner as they had told us. We are based out of South Carolina and a breakdown over the road is never easy. We had a good experience with this shop. I would highly recommend this shop.

We called in for a mobile service since the trailer had a brake issue. They told us mechanic will be there in about 2 hours. Less than an hour later our driver called said mechanic was there, took care of the issue and he's rolling. John called us few minutes later, explained what was the problem, didn't want to charge us any money since it was not big issue. We offered to pay at least something for his time and miles but he refused. The driver was stranded on I-81, they could've charge us for whatever, we wouldn't have a choice, but instead they decided to make our day and " restore faith in humanity" :) Big thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Our trailer blew a tire on our way home from WV on Labor Day. They were the only company that answered the phone and had someone come out within an hour. He was incredibly nice and fixed it promptly. Thank you!

For labor which cost 20-25 dollars at any other location they charge 75!

The prices are reasonable compared to other shops
But their mechanics don't know what they are doing
Took them 2 days more to google the problem and call the truck manufacturer dealership for assistance.
They don't have experience in software and programming .

It's the 21st century there are different forms of payment that are not bank wire or cc. Get with the times!! $3600 later and my truck had the same problem it came in with....Your average repair shop that knows you have no choice but to use them so they charge you whatever they want just because they can.

Good mechanic, but if you have to stay in a hotel while waiting on repairs you'll have to fend for yourself cause they won't shuttle you there.
