This store is disgustingly filthy outside of the main area . Came in for a quick shower and not only are there almost 16 people in line the porter decides to go on lunch break and nobody to clean them in the meantime.
Drivers lounge has not been swept or mopped in quite some time and nobody around here seems to give a rats foot about it.
Wish I could say I am surprised but not really.. Pilot /Flying J has gotten much worse in the decade since I last used them .
But since this is my company's fuel spot I really have no choice. Does not mean I will not call out the lack of professionalism inside each store

I was very happy to find a Travel Center with a RV Dump Station. There are a lot of RVs on the road, but not many places to dump if you've been camping off grid.
I did have a little trouble finding the station upon arrival. I was not expecting it to be with the gas pumps. But it turned out to be a good thing since I needed gas anyway. When you arrive, just look for the set of pumps between the automotive gas pumps and the tractor trailer area. There will be a big RV sign above them. There is a much smaller sign above the dump station that is hard to read from a distance. It's right beside pump #15.
Just scan your card for the $10 cost. You will have one minute to open the lid and insert your hose before it locks back. A water spigot is also available to connect your own hose for black tank flushing.

Huge parking lot for auto/cars/vans 🛺 etc. Very clean also 👌 👍. Mountains to the left and mountains to the right awesome view. Great Virginian, hospitality.
I stop here a lot when I travel on 81.

Made me wait 30 minutes just to make my salad wrong.... wasn't even a line why take so long? Why make my order wrong? If I asked to remake it I bet the person making my food would've been upset and probably do some to my food. Once you mess my order up I want a refund I don't do remakes

DEF hose would not pull out. Dryers barely get warm. Mostly clean. Fairly friendly.

Horrible incline when you leave the parking lot. Unbelievable that they would build a driveway with that big of an incline for trucks to scrape their trailers when they leave..

I paid at pump 21 come in at 703 am no one was at fuel desk . And ms piggy at the cinnamon station I asked her was there anyone working at fuel desk. And she got snapping at me . I'm like hey don't get an attitude with the customer because I'm just asking a question and It's not my fault. Monica had a poor attitude with customer but Kristie was out standing

The worst gas station ever. They constantly have some kind of issue—either they’re under maintenance, short-staffed, or something else. The shower is always out of service. Today, once again, the shower wasn’t working from 6:30pm to 10:00pm, but I arrived at 5:50pm, and they told me that someone had left, and there was no one to clean the showers. Meanwhile, three cashiers were just standing around doing nothing. And this came from the manager. Terrible gas station—there’s nothing worse. I’ve never had any problems with Loves or TA, but Pilot and Flying J always have issues. All they know how to do is respond to these complaints with, “We’ll improve,” but nothing ever changes. It just gets worse and worse!
