There's a lot to dislike about this bank. The website is super clunky and confusing. Hold time for customer service can be quite long. Their representatives while well meaning, are poorly trained both in their systems and basic business communications. Interest rates on their credit cards would have gotten them charged with usury a few decades ago.

I hate this bank. I let them know that I would be out of town before I left and the only day I picked for shopping the flagged my card for fraud and because it’s a holiday despite their number saying 24/7 service. This isn’t the first time and I am about to fire this bank.

My husband just passed away and had a truck in his name only. I called union they offered no other solution except for me to drive 1 he 40 mins. I can hardly breathe much less drive. I believe they could have been of assistance.
