I was referred to German Auowerk,by an neighbor. He told me it's the only place he will let touch his 2 BMW's, which I observed to be in good shape even the older model. I gave them a call. The customer service was outstanding. The guy I spoke with gave me relief in a time of panic. My car was back up in running in no time.Thanks, I will return if work is needed for my car.

Where do I start. German autowerks is literally one of the BEST SHOPS in the peninsula for your German vehicle. There are a lot of shops in this area that are only in it for the money. The mechanics and techs at German autowerks actually care about you, your wellbeing and your vehicle. I've been dealing with so much in my personal life and Terry made my repair experience so wonderful. He walked me through every step of the process and offered resources to make sure my car got repaired completely. If you have a German car and need a quality repair, RUN don't walk to German Autowerks. I'm writing this review to thank them for doing such an Amazing job on my Volkswagen and making sure that me and my family will be safe on the road from here on out. This is an amazing shop with amazing service and quality care. Thank you all a million times for working on my vehicle is such a timely manner and getting me back on the road. Thank you to Terry for all of your support throughout my repair process.

German Autowerks was knowledgeable and timely with the repairs. Brought a car in that the dealer had diagnosed as needing a timing chain replacement. German Autowerks was able to determine that that wasn’t the cause of the issue. They then fixed the actual issue and saved me several thousand dollars in the process.

German Autowerks took fantastic care of my Porsche and got repairs done ahead of schedule. Good to know there’s a place with the knowledge base to work on these high end cars without costing you an arm and leg. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
