From the receptionist who answered the phone, to the agent I spoke to (Jennifer), I received GREAT service. Courteous, helpful, informative and thorough. Jennifer had my elderly mother's renter's policy updated and completed within minutes. She contacted my mother's new assisted living facility on my behalf to get questions answered. She communicated with me so efficiently and handled all the details.

I'm currently in the process of moving to Virginia from Florida. With just one phone call, Mark helped me with everything I needed through the insurance transfer! He was very kind and he took care of everything! Can't recommend him or this agency enough!

So long story short I had State farm for years and was always satisfied good price good customer service and they were always there for you then I got to stick up my butt so I want to save some money if I can I found this cutthroat Insurance company it was just a few dollars cheaper wow what a headache that was I called Jennifer back Jennifer mcpeters she was great got me set back up and was super patient I'm never leaving State farm again

This office is always so friendly and they always answer the phone unless they are on the other line. It is important to me to have personal contact versus a robot or “AI” as they call the annoying encounters. Thank you for always supporting the county.

Everyone is always very helpful and pleasant! I have never had an issue and have been insured with this office for over 7yrs now, with 2 claims… everything has been smooth, prompt and professional. I just redid my renters insurance with them as well and Jennifer is amazing!

I've been with this office for years. Each time I call they know my name (caller ID I reckon) and speak with me like they already know how to help me. Today i was in a minor accident and before I could wrap that up and get home I had multiple texts and emails my claim was started and providing next steps. They sure helped calm my nerves; hadn't had an accident in 45 years and before I spoke with them felt like a little kid not knowing what to do! Thanks team!
