Kat the store manager was so sweet! I didn't buy anything today because I just wanted to browse the store first but she really was absolutely sweet and helpful. And after LV was rather rude she made up my whole day and trip. I can genuinely say I look forward to coming back to this boutique!

We have had great service at this store from Matthew. He has been wonderful to work with. This location has a great selection and it is pretty big so whether it is shoes, bags, clothes, they have it or will get it for you. Friendly and never rude here in my experience. They do not require an appointment or glare at you if browsing. I am a fan. We won’t hesitate to keep working with Matthew and come back.

So I want to start off by saying that I've had some good experiences in this store. They greet you right away, usually. A couple times, they've just ignored me. But all in all, it's an ok customer service experience inside the store. My review is based on my purchase in store but they had to order it online for me and ship it to me in another state. My package arrived a day earlier than expected via FedEx and I was not there to sign for it so FedEx tried to deliver the next day. When I opened the box, the Gucci box, ribbon and dustbag were all there but the dustbag was empty! I called the Gucci store and had to explain this 5 times to them, I kept getting transferred to somebody new on the phone and then I was told to call back when a manager was working. I mean shouldn't they call me? Then I was asked for photos....umm ok, so I took photos of what I did receive which was an empty BOX with the ribbon untied. I thought that was really stupid. Then when they decided to make it right, they kept repeating they were doing this as a one-time deal -- as if I stole my own items and was trying to rip them off or something? Honestly, this left a bad taste in my mouth. They need more eloquent and competent associates to handle these things.

My mom came back from this Gucci store very upset from the service. She said the lady assisting her who was maybe 5’6” with black hair was extremely rude and had unnecessary attitude towards her. This happened around 5:30pm on February 27, 2021.I wonder how such a high end brand could hire someone with such low customer service skills and too lazy to help find the items she wanted to buy. She feels unhappy with her purchase after this experience which makes me sad. Sales representatives should make customers feel happy about their purchases and uplifted. We will not be coming back to this location and would give 0 stars if we could. She never writes reviews and asked me to write this so I know it must have been horrible.

There’s literally no one in the store but the staff was to lazy to get us in, rather asked us wait until our turn! You are better off going to a mall.
