This location has a wonderful staff who will afford each deserving customer their undivided attention, offerring valuable suggestions & options with each inquiry. Know the brand, what is current and what you like and they will be able to help you that much more. The staff are discreet, respectful and knowledgeable. It is a smaller location with two levels, accessible from the ground floor. The selection is typical of a Prada store of this size and on par with what you will find in Stockholm. It is not as large as the store in Aoyama(Tokyo) or Milan, so set your expectations accordingly.

The experience I had at this store, with Katy (Not my normal saleswoman), was uncomfortable, disrespectful and obviously racist. I’d tried to speak to Kara Burt, the store manager, but I discovered they are friends, and she would not even take my complaint. Katy made it very clear that my money and presence at the store was not welcome. This was beyond insulting. This is the third pair I have purchased and never had an experience like that. Not only did I feel singled out and disrespected, I lost my dignity picking up shoes I had already purchased. I won’t be patronizing this store again thanks to these two women. Warning POC, Katy, will leave you regretting you walked in.

I purchased @$2,000.00 pair of boots for my wife on 12/06/2021 fr the Bellevue, Wa store. They were 1/2 size too big so we returned them for a smaller size exchange at the Las Vegas store. Prada required me to purchase the second pair and ensured me of receiving credit for the first pair purchased. I did not receive reimbursement until 1/31/2021 which required a wire transfer!!!!! Throughout this period it took constant follow up and inquires to get reimbursed!!!! Totally unacceptable customer service!!!!

I bought the newest Prada backpack in Bellevue - The Bravern as well as a white purse. I would give the store a 5 star review!! The reason why I would give it 5 stars is because of Joshua, his customer service is everything you would expect and more. Joshua knows his bags, but more importantly gets to know and invests in his clients and their style. Joshua is also up -to-date with fashion trends, styles and timeless pieces. He went above and beyond and completely out of his way for me with his customer service numerous times and because of that I will always buy my Prada bags from him as well as highly reccomend him to all my family and friends, so ask for Joshua!

Max is literally the best and not even an SA. Awesome communication and made sure I was taken care of. Was able to snag the Prada Re-Edition 2005 bags while I was back in the states and I’m so so happy! Yuna was also so great to help find and order the white bags in other boutiques. You guys are the best - thank you!

I have been eyeing a specific Prada bag and I was hoping to order it online. When I went on the website, the bag was no longer available for order. I checked again after a couple weeks and the bags were back on the website! I was sooo excited however...it said retail exclusive. I didn't really want to go into the store to purchase the bag because I've had to deal with some not so friendly salespeople in the past. I ended up going into the store with my cousin and we received a warm greeting. Josh helped me and he was amazing! He was so friendly, personable, and helpful even though I already knew which bag I wanted. He made us feel comfortable and excited about my purchase. Leaving the store, I was really happy with my experience and I love my new bag! I'm so glad I got it before it sold out. My cousin mentioned that the customer service you receive can really make or break a purchase. He was happy that Josh was so friendly because otherwise I probably would have left the store without purchasing a bag I knew I really wanted.

This Five star review is for Sophia Su at the Bravern Prada store. She’s very accommodating. She made sure that everything was just perfect for me, I came in to exchange a bag I purchased online, she made sure the process went smooth, she called me personally to let me know that my bag had come in. She’s very nice and friendly. I highly recommend you ask for Sophia when you go to PRADA at the Bravern.

Last week I went to Prada to buy a new wallet for myself. I was impressed w/ the overall customer service Josh provided. Definitely 10/10 customer service. During that visit, I was also eyeing one of their belts that they had in stock. Thinking about that belt the entire week, I eventually came back the following weekend & I was provided the same 10/10 customer service from a different associate. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name but she was very helpful in helping me decide which size to get. It is a pleasure shopping at this store, & the customer service makes the experience all the more better. Definitely helps make me love the Prada brand even more!

This was my very first visit to this Prada. Eunha was very professional and friendly. She helped me look at bags and wallets. I was not going to purchase anything that day (spent too much money already!!), but between her amazing service and the beautiful wallet she showed me, I had to buy it. Thank you again Eunha, I'll be sure to ask for you the next time I stop by
